Such a wonderful class for me today! Thank you I will revisit this class regularly. I had a beautiful moment or rather many but one in particular a reflection in the mirror as I was looking back of a heart that is hanging on the wall. Felt rather serendipitous.

This was perfect for me today as I wasn t in the mood for an active flow sequence. This class had flow but not too arduous. I liked Ben s voice - he gave perfect instructions with no unnecessary fluff. I ll be back to this one for sure

Perfect name for this class because I did LOVE it! Ben s classes are amazing. Wonderful direction, constantly changing flows and poses that hit your entire body. A much needed message during disturbing times - more love is needed in the world!

I use to take yoga 6 days a week but I have done almost NO exercising in over 5 years.

I found this class to be a wonderful flow that was slow enough for me to go as deeply into the postures as my body would allow, stretched and strengthened my atrophying mussels, and I even broke a sweat.

This will be one of my go to videos!

For me, even if I was back in great shape, this would be a feel good, heart opening, graduated inducing meditation hour that I would use regularly.

I always like ben s no-nonsence classes with just the right amount of cues and pace.
This one, although still good, was different than the others. A little more reflective rather than a focus on pace, cues and alignment.

This was a nice feel good class with lots of heart openers. I felt so relaxed at the end. Ben speaks so calmly and his cueing is very precise.
