The second in our Hot Yoga series, this class is based on the Bikram Yoga method and incorporates 26 poses designed to deeply stretch the muscles and detoxify the body. Lauren is an incredibly inspiring instructor, and she takes her time in this class to focus on proper alignment for each pose and transition. This class is perfect for students of all levels, and is especially beneficial for intermediate to advanced students as it will allow you to hone your technique and deepen your practice. There is a long relaxing Savasana at the end to help you soak up the benefits of this class. We recommends using a space heater to heat your room before performing this class for best results.

We have several new exciting classes available:
Detox Yoga #2 - Detox Challenge Flow
This is an intense Power Yoga class designed to completely detoxify your body as well as your mind. Through the use of specifically designed twists and compression poses you will rinse the spine and internal organs, riding them of harmful toxins. The result is a completely refreshed feeling throughout the entire body.
Detox yoga helps with weight control, clearing your skin, and increasing your energy! Please remember to drink LOTS of water after this class to help flush the released toxins out of the body!
Pranayama - Alternate Nostril Breathing
This is a pranayama, or breathing class. This particular alternate nostril breathing exercise will balance both hemispheres of the brain, and open up both sinus passage ways simultaneously.
Prism of Light - Aura Strengthening Meditation
This incredible and powerful meditation will work to strengthen your aura - the field of subtle, luminous radiation surrounding you like the halo or aureola of religious art. The meditation uses visualization of color to help bring balance to your emotional state.

This is another addition to our slower more mellow Gentle Hatha yoga series of classes. This class is restorative and soothing and can be done by candlelight for added restorative benefits. This class can be done any time of day, but is best to do at night, before bed, or any time you need to let go of stress, let go of the outer world and go deep inside to a place of utter calm and serenity.
The 60 and 45 min. classes include Chandra Namaskar, which is a Moon Salutation and is the counterpart to the more common Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar).

Something totally different...
This unique class takes you through a journey of the Chakras and uses yoga poses to help you focus and center on each of the Chakra locations in your body. Natalie begins the class in relaxing Savasana and then moves you into a seated forward bend while guiding you to concentrate on the red light illuminating from your Root Chakra. She then moves through each of the Chakra locations in this manner, taking you into poses where you can focus on the corresponding color of light associated with each of the Chakras.
This is a gentle flowing class where Natalie expertly uses visualizations along with notes of inspiration to guide you to a place of balance and serenity.

Introducing Yoga for Cyclists!
This class is designed with the cyclist in mind, but is a great short flow for anyone to enjoy. If you are a cyclist, perform this class after your ride to stretch and lengthen all of the muscles you use during your ride. Whether your ride is indoors or out, long or short, this yoga class will help you prevent injury, and will allow you to create long lean muscle mass.
This class is Chaturanga-free, and is perfect for anyone who has just a little background in yoga. The class is medium-paced, and focuses on stretching the hamstrings, calves and hips, along with other parts of the body.
The 10 minute class is the perfect way to get in some excellent stretching in a short period of time.
