Today’s classes are all about grounding and releasing—a perfect way to settle into the strength you’ve built and prepare for the final day of the challenge. Think of this practice as a moment to check in, reflect, and realign before your full-circle finish tomorrow.

Yummy Slow Flow with Claire Petretti Marti

Level: Adv. Beginner & Up | Intensity: Everyday Namaste

Some days you want that yoga glow but you're not in the mood for a faster-paced Vinyasa class. Claire designed this class specifically to get you flowing, balancing, and opening your body from head to toe. Only a few chataranguas and longer holds of your favorite poses, like Ardha Chandrasana (Half-Moon) and Parvritta Trikonasana (Twisting Triangle) will have you feeling renewed and refreshed. Slow doesn't mean easy! Enjoy.


Becoming Unbound with Alex Cordoba

60 min class

Level: Adv. Intermediate | Intensity: You'll Feel It

This life is an ever-present journey of binding and unbinding ourselves to people, relationships, jobs, behaviors, stories (of the self), addictions, and other "stuff." Some of these binds are life-enhancing and uplifting, driving us towards a more balanced and harmonious way of being, while others take us away from our heart center and the joy we seek to find and live from. This class is all about recognizing what we are bound to that is no longer serving us in our life. Through a series of shoulder-openers, standing poses, twists and hip openers, we bind only to unbind, to release, let go, and ultimately become free from that which we no longer need. Get ready to explore Svarga Dvijasana (Birds of Paradise), Parivrtta Svarga Dvijasana (Revolved Birds of Paradise), and Bound Parivrtta Trikonasana (Revolved Triangle with a full bind).

I chose Claire's class this evening and it was a great way to unwind from the day. I've taken a lot of Claire's classes, but this one was new to me and I really enjoyed it! She is such a great instructor. Namaste.

I chose Alex's class. It was very challenging for flexibility and a few of the poses were beyond me, but i appreciated the modifications offered and the powerful message of unbinding from what no longer serves.

Alex's class was ideal at the end of Lent with Easter celebration tomorrow. The message resonated, and the challenge was appreciated giving me a new peak pose for which to strive.

Happy Saturday! As I look over the last 13 days of continous practice on my mat, I've really enjoyed this challenge than others I've taken with YDL before. Perhaps it could be that I'm now retired and not rushed to fit it into a schedule. But one thing I'm celebrating is how far I've come to be more relaxed with my mind and body. As well as accepted that the 60+ person I am now is different than when I started practicing yoga 25+ years ago. It's okay...going with the flow. Very proud of myself.

Earlier today, I did an hour of cycling, so I chose Claire's class. Slow and mindful class with breath and flow. Queues for modifications, too. I enjoyed this class as it brought clarity and deeper focus to my practice. I feel wonderful, and my body and mind are reconnected as one. Thank you, Claire, for a wonderful class.

I woke up too early today so I’m feeling a little sluggish. Claire’s Yummy Slow Flow was the perfect pace. Felt a full body stretch and movement. Grateful to show up on the mat today.

I I did Claire class and it was good and a bit challenging which is fine. Her cues were clear and the balance posed were a bit different than what I had done before. It gave me a good workout.

I like the quiet time Claire offers while holding poses in Yummy Slow Flow. I also noticed a few sticky spots in my muscles during the twisting series, so its nice to work on loosening those a bit. Very relaxed now following the savasana, yummy indeed.
