Spring 2025 Detox: Cleanse & Energize

Day 14 - Spring 2025 Detox: Cleanse & Energize Challenge

Day 14 - Spring 2025 Detox: Cleanse & Energize Challenge

Welcome to Day 14 of our Spring 2025 Detox: Cleanse & Energize Challenge!

Sunday, April 20th

We're here—the final day of the Spring Detox: Cleanse & Energize Challenge!

First and foremost, take a moment to pause... and really soak this in. Whether you completed every single day or just showed up when you could, you committed to yourself. You carved out time for your health, your well-being, and your growth. And that is something truly worth celebrating. 🙌

Over the past two weeks, you’ve moved your body, cleared your mind, and reconnected with your energy. You’ve released what no longer serves you and created space for what does. This challenge wasn’t just about movement—it was about momentum. And we hope it’s only the beginning of your continued journey with yoga.

Today’s final class options are all about integration and reflection—bringing everything you’ve experienced together in one final, powerful practice. Choose the class that speaks to your mood, energy, and intention as you close this chapter.

✨ Remember:
- You are stronger than when you started.
- You’ve built a beautiful habit of consistency.
- You’re part of a global community that showed up alongside you. 🌍

Keep the magic going by continuing your yoga practice with us!

And don’t forget to leave one last comment or post on Instagram or Facebook to share your journey—you might just inspire someone else and be one of our lucky prize package winners! 🎁💫

From all of us at YogaDownload: thank you. We’re honored to have shared this journey with you. Keep moving, keep breathing, and keep showing up—you’re just getting started.

Here are today's class options:

Unwind your Spine, Unwind Your Mind with Erin Wimert

50 min class

Level: All Levels| Intensity: Ahhhhhh

This Yin Yoga/Yoga Nidra class will help you release any stagnant energy in the spine before dropping into the deepest layers of the mind. The first portion of this class will focus on varying degrees of twists before laying back in savasana for a mind-bending Yoga Nidra meditation.

The Seed of Potential: A Grounded Vinyasa with Christen Bakken

45 min class

Level: Intermediate| Intensity: You'll Feel It

As yogis one possible outcome from our practice is we discover our own potential. We do this not via perfection and unwavering balance, but from shaking and falling and getting back up again. We will approach the practice from this level- the vinyasa will be close to the earth and will rely on the strength and flexibility of your legs and hips. When we rise to balance, we will from a rooted place. Prepare to breathe, flow, and stretch your branches.

*you only need to choose one class

**If you're feeling in the mood for something different you can choose any of our free classes on our site (or any other class you'd like!) or go back to a class from a previous day's challenge. The most important thing is to show up and get on your mat!

I closed the challenge with Erin's yin nidra class and it felt like just what I needed. Thank you YDL for another excellent challenge. I'm so grateful for the classes offered and to be part of the YDL community.

I did Erin's class after work. It was a great way to wind down at the end of the day and the end of the challenge!

I completed all the challenges. Both options that you offered daily. I enjoyed each day separately. Thank you for everything. Although yoga has been my morning routine for almost two years, it has been a great joy and a challenge for me. Let me say that I am approaching 60 years of age, and I am even more proud of myself for persevering. THANK YOU!

Christen‘s class reminded me fondly of a yoga teacher I had years ago who would say “trees blow in the wind, it is normal to sway as they do”

This challenge combination of classes has been one of my favorites as I tried sessions that I'd not done in the past. Today Christen's class was wonderful, Lotus Mudra (new to me) was a poignant touch on Easter. Feeling grateful for these past 14 days of classes. Thank you!

Yes, Erin! This was such a great calming practice. I’m so glad this was part of the series.

I have really enjoyed the challenge. I tried and did poses I’ve never have done before. Some of the classes, I will do again and again! Today I did Christian’s class. It was a challenge, new poses, a few which I had trouble doing. The challenge made me want to take over and try again! Thank you yogadownload.com! I don’t know what this 76 lady would do without out you, living in rural wild and wonder West Virginia!

I chose Christen's class this afternoon and it was wonderful! I enjoyed the flow and the challenge of some of the poses. She always has such great messages in her classes and this one resonated with me a lot. I don't often have the time for longer classes, so I was glad I took the time today for this. I have enjoyed this challenge. I feel like there was a greater variety of classes and instructors, so I took some classes with instructors I've never taken before. Looking forward to continuing to be consistent in getting on my mat! Thank you!

Christens class was a nice way to end the challange. Really enjoyed this one. Many twists and new instructors and the audio ones were something new to me that I never thought I would like.

Thank you YDL for another great challange.

I've been feeling pretty low energy so I went for the yin/nidra class. I'm so thankful for this practice because it was exactly what I needed today without even realizing it. I could feel the weighted energy just melt of me during the nidra portion and I'm feeling more grounded and centered.

Happy Sunday, fellow Yogis! I chose Christien's class to round out our 14-day Detox and Cleanse Challenge. Overall, it was a great class, and I used different poses with breath and flow. I modified areas with the same effect. Definitely came along way from where I was on Day 1. Looking forward to continuing my practice going forward.

@YDL, thank you so much for this challenge. The class choices were great and deepened my practice on the mat and off. ;)

Make today a great day! Namaste...

Christen class was amazing! So creative, so strong and just enough challenge. I love the lotus mudra for some reason and I always like her message during practice. I will come back to this class many times!

I chose Erin’s class today. It was a great way to start my day. I really enjoyed both parts of the class. Thank you for a great challenge.

I enjoyed Christen class. It was a good workout - creative and inspiring messages.

Erins’ class actually let me feel the different areas of my spine in twist, and it felt really good! The Nidra part was Very relaxing and mindful. I should do this every few weeks.

Today, my back was feeling tired so I went to a favorite class that always helps my back feel better, Jackie's daily decompression. Thank you yogadownload for another fun challenge. I look forward to trying more of the classes from this challenge and classes from the new teachers (to me) from this challenge in the coming weeks.

I chose the Unwind your spine, unwind your mind class. I forgot how much I love a more restorative practice. I would love to do this at least once a week.

Happy Easter everyone! I ended the challenge with Christen’s Seed of Potential. She is one of my favorites, so it was wonderful to end the challenge with her! Thank you!!

This has been a wonderful challenge for me to try some new classes and styles. It has helped me to slow down and pay more attention to my body and its alignment. Erin's spine class was just the right way to end these fourteen days.

The seed of potential was a lesson for the body and the soul. Thank you

I took a Yoga Nidra course in February and was happy to see it pop up as an option today. My back and shoulders benefited from the yin, and the magical Nidra practice topped off the hour as the ultimate grand finale. Its hard to believe this is day 14. Thank you Yoga Download for offering the Challenge. Its such a great treat during so much chaos and discontent in the world around us. Namaste!
