This is a good class if you want to stretch...and it will probably be nice when I m further along in pregnancy. At this point, I still like to flow with strength work incorporated. This was a little to slow for my taste.
Best prenatal yoga download I ve done. Love the variety in poses and thoughtful prompts. Felt good, but still hard work.
This was a pretty good prenatal yoga class. A good mix of stretching and relaxation with a little bit of harder poses. Not sure that it s as challenging as I would have liked but I m sure as I get farther along in my pregnancy it will be just right. Was easy to follow.
