This class helped me immensely after giving birth! I started doing it about 2.5 months postpartum and it really helped me to find my way back to feeling my core again. It also helped and continues to help (1 year later) with all the upper back and shoulder soreness that comes with lugging a one year old around! I can t recommend this class enough!

As others have stated this was an excellent class! I m 7.5 weeks postpartum and it was exactly what I needed. I ve been to a few in-person mom & baby classes which are great but hard to get in a workout with the baby there with nursing, diapering, etc. This was perfect for nap time and I will be returning to it many times in the next few months.

I really enjoyed this class. Very clear, asanas well described and clearly prompted, and flow was enjoyable. I found it was exactly the right level at 10 weeks postpartum, and I appreciated the free core check video to support the class. Wish there was a shorter version too, maybe 25 to 30 minutes, as I don t always get a 55 minute window now...

This is a great flow with nice shoulder and side body openers. I feel more relaxed and invigorated. The pacing and cues were appropriate.

i really enjoy this class as i have 3 month old child
when he is in nap, i can quickly spend 45min-ish to do this meditative and beneficial yoga movements

I am 2 1/2 months postpartum and really enjoyed this class. It is a nice combination of slower parts where you can pay attention to alignment and then more vigorous flow passages (overall a moderate pace). I also liked the way the class paid attention to the core without doing crunches etc. And the instructor has a pleasant, low-key presence.

This video makes my whole body feel alive! I love how the instructor explains how to properly engage the core throughout the entire lesson. I do this video over and over again!

The manta really hit home for me "My presence creates peace." Peace comes from within. There is so much that comes with being a mom and finding peace can be really difficult. What a nice reminder that it is within ourselves to hold and give. Love the optional modifications. Such a beauty to all the transitions and I feel so good after I finished! Thank you!
