Not for me. I stream classes on my phone and follow along by voice; this was extremely difficult to follow without constantly craning my neck to see the screen, as the instructor didn’t use posture names at many times and instead gave vaguer instructions like “bring your left leg up” or “move your right arm here” etc. At times the music was louder than her voice, too. I did like the guided meditation at the end

Great postnatal class after a busy day, perfect combination of stretches and strengthening exercises. Loved the meditation at the end.
