Sometimes I m a little lukewarm on the older YDL classes but this was one of the best prenatal classes I ve done (and I ve mainly been using Brett Larkin s Pregnant and Powerful course outside YDL). I did the 20 min class twice this week and know I will return to it many times in the coming months!

I loved this class, both challenging and gentle at the same time. I took the 20 minute version and will be back for the other classes. Clear instructions that are easy to follow and the connection between Tree pose and growing a baby was really comforting. Thank you!

This is by far my favorite class of the Prenatal Package! Challenging but still relaxing due to the mellow voice and guidance of Jennifer Lux. Perfect balance between holding postures and transitions. Love how stretched and energized I feel after this practice! Namaste from Brazil :-)

I love this class and always feel so relaxed afterwards. I ve used this class in both my first and second pregnancies (currently 16 weeks). Also the different length options are perfect for giving me the opportunity to practice even when I don t have a full hour. Thanks so much!

I love this class and I always feel a lot looser afterwards. Other classes I have used had twists or other elements that were hard on my pregnant body. But this one does not. The instructions are really clear and the flow is not overly rushed so I can settle into the correct posture and not hurt myself. It also stretches everything I need to stretch. I started using this in my second trimester mainly for stretching, when I was more energetic. Now that I m in my third, it is about as vigorous as I can do, which is great as well.

Clear instructions, a good balance of challenge and relaxation. I particularly like the way incorporating the block was included in the instructions and the video.

I did this class a lot when pregnant with my first and it s nice to come back to it now that I m pregnant with my second! I m still in the first trimester so it was pretty easy (I recall it feeling more challenging as time went on last time) but great for a relaxing evening stretch and connecting with this new life!

Good stretchy class - my legs were tighter than I realised. Done at 30 weeks and I ll probably try to do a few more times too.

I ve done the 45 minutes flow now a couple times, once around 24 weeks and again at 31 weeks. I really enjoyed it at 31 weeks- it felt like just enough of a challenge but was really grounding and soothing. Will be doing it again before baby arrives!

I m 28 weeks and the 45 minute class was perfect this morning. Good muscle work/stretching, but not breaking a sweat at all. I appreciated there wasn t too much baby chit-chat :)

This class is a great balance between "aaahhhh..." and "phew!" It ll get your heart pumping, and if you re anything like me this pregnancy, will have you sweating in no time. It s challenging but not super intense. It s a great way to move and flow, deepen some postures and still feel grounded and calm by the end. Enjoy!

Good class - nice flow and felt about the right level. I m 16 weeks but had gone for a run earlier in the day so was looking for something on the mellower side. I ll definitely be coming back to this one. I liked it better than her Power Prenatal - better flow and sequencing.

That was a wonderful class! I have been doing yoga for 8 years and this is my first pregnancy. I m 18 weeks and the class was challenging and rejuvenating. The perfect combination of intensity and relaxation. The class was easy to follow at home, by myself. Truly a treat :)

GREAT for back and hip pain in the third trimester. So happy I found it!

This class was perfect for me at 39 weeks. Mostly opening, but just a little muscle work. I feel great after the 45 minute class!

Great class... Still felt challenging and strong enough at 30 ish weeks where other classes tend to ease off a lot. Not too much birthy chit chat which I liked :)

Good prenatal class, with safe modifications for pregnancy while maintaining good strengthening moves. I wish there was no talk of "preparing your birth canal," - I just want to focus on good, safe, pregnant yoga.

I absolutely loved that class! Well directed. Thank you x

Very calming yet invigorating practice. Highly recommend for late 3rd trimester!

I m at 17 weeks and have been practicing yoga for years.
This class was very easy. I believe it will be wonderful when I have more of a belly to work around in my 3rd trimester. At this point in my pregnancy it wasn t enough for me.
If you are new to yoga then this is a great place to start.

The 20 minute session gets me started every day. I love it. Thank you, Jennifer. :)

Lovely class - perfect to find a 30 min session with a prenatal-appropriate yet rigorous vinyasa flow. Feeling great after the class - thank you!

One of the best prenatal classes I ve done. You re not in downward dog every 30 seconds like a lot of other classes. My back and hips feel rejuvenated!

Very much enjoyed this class, made me sweat slightly (but not too much since I did one of her other classes yesterday!) I did the 45 mins... I took a half star for the same reason I did on the other, savasana just ends and I like to have closure with a teacher at the end of savasana. Otherwise I recommend! Also not sure if it helps but I am 27 weeks (just hit my third trimester!) and had no issues, however am a seasoned yogi :)

I enjoy the flow and pace of this class and have been able to use the 45 min to stretch and relax a few times now. I m a yoga beginner and 14 weeks currently. I plan on continuing this class throughout pregnancy.

Good class, glad I downloaded the video version because there were a few times I needed to look up to see what the heck was going on. Nice flow to the class, relaxing, but still had a bit of a sweat.

great stretches and movement series. not difficult, but feels good.

A great class for relaxation. Really wonderful instruction too. This will be a great go-to class for when I need a gentle workout throughout my pregnancy.

Great first prenatal yoga experience. I can t wait for tomorrow morning!

I m 38 weeks and this was a great class to do. It wasn t too easy and wasn t too hard. I m an intermediate-advanced yoga practitioner and it s getting harder and harder for me to do many poses. This was a happy medium that still felt like somewhat of a good workout with some nice stretching.

Great class! I thought it a bit boring during my first trimester, but now (10 days till due date!), it s my favorite class to ease pain and get a bit of a challenge. Treat yourself to the 45 min-version to get the best mix of strengthening and stretching.

This class has been my staple yoga class. I m 26 weeks. I like the flow. It s not too challenging. The instructor is knowledgable and gives good directions. The flows make sense and connect well. I would definitely recommend taking this class.

I liked this one - as others have mentioned, relatively challenging but understanding of the limitations of pregnancy. There is not as much floor work as in some other prenatal classes, but I actually find that to be a nice change as it allows you to work a little harder. I enjoy this instructor s other prenatal class offered on this site, as well.

Just completed the 45 minute class and loved it! I found it very relaxing but also a great workout. I feel very loose and settle now. Will be practicing this workout regularly throughout this pregnancy.

Love this class! My first trimester was very rough and I could barely do an easy class without getting nauseated. Finally starting to feel better and have more energy in my second trimester and this class is perfect to ease back into it and still feeling like I am getting a good workout. Helps with my hip pain. Great flow and good music as well.

I am 4 and half months pregnant, and I practice this class as much as I can. I looked for it when I was 3 months far and had lower back pain. I found this class, and as soon I as start I felt better. It s incredible how the body responds quickly to the exercises. Love it, I recommend it! Of course the more you do it the better you feel.... that s Yoga.

Excellent class, so well guided and executed.
thanks so much! As a prenatal yoga teacher I ve learned a lot of it.

Some challenging poses. Nice feeling after the class.
By hal633 | Saturday, January 5, 2013
The standing poses in this video were excellent and some of the most challenging prenatal positions I ve found. Great for strengthening. But it s lacking in the floor work, stretching area. I would suggest making the video 50 or 55 min instead of 45, so there would be time to add some additional floor work in.
By Nutritionista | Tuesday, March 6, 2012
This class was reasonably easy and provided gentle stretching which definitely left me feeling better for having taken the class. It would be a lot better if there was a video option though as some of the directions given are not particularly clear when you re moving through or changing a position. It would also be helpful to have a seated version of the Tadasana pose to enable a deeper stretch.

Love this class. Most prenatal classes are too slow and "beginner." Upon entering my third trimester, my regular class is too much to handle and I end up in Child s Pose more often than I d like. This class is perfect - wish she had more options on the site!

I liked it, but the cuing might have been a little off, or have only seemed that way since I was not familar with a few of the poses. If you are in good shape, this will mostly feel like a good stretching session.

I only just discovered the 20 minute version of this class through the app but will be purchasing a longer version to get me through my last 6 weeks of pregnancy. This is the first "prenatal" class that I ve done where I ve felt like I m getting a real workout, but with an understanding the limitations of pregnancy. Most of the time I have been doing other non-prenatal classes and modifying as needed, concentrating in hip opening flows. I like the instruction and also the fact that she does not constantly talk about either labor or bonding with the baby, which I get a little sick of with other prenatal classes.

Great option for mid-pregnancy when my mobility is starting to become compromised and regular vinyasa is a little too intense. Good flow poses to elevate the heart rate and also some stretching and relaxation. Recommend!

Just wondering if there will be a video version of this by any chance? I m a visual kind of person. Thanks!

The timing for the release of this class was perfect for me. I ve been using yogadownload for my yoga workouts for a couple years now, and now that I m halfway through my first pregnancy, I was on the lookout for a prenatal class that was still enough of a challenge for my level of practice. It s not intense, but poses are held just long enough to feel like you benefited. Good pace.
