amazing
I agree with the previous reviewer - way too many cat cows and I couldn t finish the class. I m still in my first trimester, and feeling pretty good other than fatigue. This class may feel be best at the end of the third trimester or for someone who is a beginner yogi. But the Intermediate Level and You ll Feel It difficulty that has been assigned to this class is inaccurate. Someone who has never done yoga before would be able to do this class. I ll try it again near the end of my pregnancy, but for now, it is shelved while I look for something more challenging to keep up my practice.

This class is designed for women in their 2nd and 3rd trimester who are feeling a bit more challenged by their pregnancy. Most women will begin to feel back pain around this time. The poses chosen for this class are specifically designed to ease back pain and strengthen back and core muscles - essential for a healthy back in pregnancy.
I have never done so many cat and cows in my life. Too repetitious for me! I couldn t finish the 40 minute class.
I wish I had known about these classes sooner in my pregnancy! I used the 2 and 3 in the last month and they are both great! Yoga 2 I got the audio and it was a perfect flow as well as opening up my tight hips in my last trimester. Great class!
I just did the 40 min class and I love it! I am a former athlete & dancer who has done regular yoga before pregnancy and I am currently 16 weeks along with my first. I have been doing the Prenatal Yoga 1 class up until this point which has been great since I have had severe nausea my entire pregnancy so far. I liked that class as well, especially since it is very gentle which has been the only exercise I have been able to handle. This class is still calm enough to not make me nauseous but I like the flow a little better. It got me warm enough I could go deeper into the poses. I also love the cat/cow sequence in between most of harder poses, really helps with my lower back pain and seems to calm my stomach. Great class!!
I am 14 weeks pregnant, and this is my first pregnancy. I would consider myself an advanced beginner in yoga: I used to practice regularly so I know most of the poses, but have fallen out of practice for the past few years so I need to ease back in. I think this class is perfect for the advanced beginner, particularly in their first pregnancy since you need to get in tuned with what works for your practice during pregnancy (and what works for your child). I really loved this practice - not overtly challenging in the sense of new moves or deeper postures, but you can go at your own pace and be very aware of how yoga and pregnancy interact. If you want more of a challenge, you can always take your poses deeper on your own. Very glad I purchased this one, it s in my permanent rotation. Enjoy and Namaste!
I have all of the segments in this class and like them all. I am 24 weeks pregnant and this is my 8th pregnancy. I have done yoga with each pregnancy and highly recommend this class. I disagree with the above review. You wont be disappointed with your purchase of this class.
My review is on the 40 minute segment and I am currently 16 weeks pregnant. This is my second pregnancy. I have to disagree with the description of this class. If you are an experienced student searching for a truly challenging flow to accommodate your growing belly, this is not the class for you. The class was just far to easy to be considered much of a challenge at all. It would probably be better suited for someone in their third trimester or someone looking for a pretty easy workout. It starts out with a ton of poses based from table top position mixed with lots of child s poses (personally I find that approach straining on the wrists for anyone and especially pregnancy). It takes a long time to work into much of a flow and even then I find the instruction slow paced. Perhaps the longer classes are more difficult but I disliked the beginning of the class so I don t think I will try the longer segment.
