Fantastic class, well balanced between stretches, strength buildup and emotional/spiritual guidance. Loved it and will definitely practice again very soon. Thank you and namaste!

I have done this class several times already (I am 37 weeks pregnant) and it never disappoints! But today in particular it was so great! I was having pain in my right hip for 4 days (not horrible, but annoying and making me limp a little). I was afraid yoga would make it worse and I was so wrong! As soon as I was done with the class, the pain had disappeared! No exaggeration! I totally recommend this class (today I did the 65min class)!

Nice, easy stretches. I did it first thing in the morning when my back was super sore. Helped relieve some pain.

Used this workout to cool down, stretch and relax after Kylie Larson s prenatal interval workout. Excellent combination for second trimester!

I am a yoga teacher and have been practicing for 12 years. Due to low lying placenta I was put on restrictions so getting back into yoga in my third trimester was not the body I remembered. This is a perfect class for me.

For those of you who watched this video early in pregancy and found it lacking in intensity, I recommend trying it again in your third trimester. At 29 weeks, it s EXACTLY what my body and mind are needing! Poses and exercises that may have seemed easy or pointless early on will be magical for your body later!

This is a lovely short practice. Perfect for when u haven t time for more. The instructors voice is calming and soothing and, in spite of the brevity, one is easily able to drop into a productive, moving meditation. Thanks!

I first started with this class using the 25 minute video from youtube. I really loved the instructor and downloaded the full version of the class so that I could use it while I traveled for work. I have been having terrible lower back pain since the beginning of the second trimester, but this daily yoga regiment has almost completely alleviated it! My back, pelvic and leg muscles are so much more loose. I can walk and sit for long periods of time with just a hint of discomfort. I would recommend this to anyone suffering from pelvic girdle pain!

I have been using the free 25 minute version of this video (on YouTube) for the past 3 months (I am currently 36 weeks pregnant) and absolutely loved it.
I thought that it was the perfect way to get a quick dose of relaxation in my day and increase my flexibility a bit.
Then I realized that there were longer versions (which cost less than a lunch out) so I just purchased the 65 minute version and did it.
I love it. I wish I had gotten it sooner. It is incredible how relaxed, happy and calm I feel right now after completing the session. Not only that, the visualization of a positive birth experience at the end brought me to tears.
What a wonderful way to practice yoga at home. I highly recommend the 65 minute program to anyone looking for a way to disconnect from the world for an hour, relax, stretch and prepare mentally for the birth of their baby.
Thank you so much for providing this wonderful resource.
All the best,
Diana

As a regular yoga practitioner prior to pregnancy, on intermediate and advanced levels, I originally downloaded and tried this class around 20 weeks. I didn t feel like I was getting nearly enough of a workout then so I didn t use it much at all. I have used it more in third trimester, although it s still not much of a workout but the stretching is beneficial on days to relieve some of the general discomfort that comes with pregnancy. However, contrary to many of the other reviews, I find the constant talk about how poses will benefit me during labor to be annoying and would prefer less of it. I like the prenatal vinyasa flows more - both the intensity and the instruction style.

I love, love loved this class. I am only 7 weeks along, but found that with my low level of energy, the pace of this class was perfect.
It was relaxing and energizing at the same time. The 50 min. version, for me did the trick.
I like that she provided modifications for all trimesters...I see myself coming back to this download time and time again throughout the rest of my term.
Namaste!

This is for the 25 min version w/ slides. I am *not* a regular yoga person (my usual exposure is a few yoga poses used to stretch after an aerobics workout)
Liz s lesson is easy to follow - she talks you through step by step with plenty of time to get everything in place, so I felt confident that I was doing the poses correctly. The poses are not difficult, though I can see that I do lack a little hip flexibility (the squat and pigeon will take some practice - but then, that s what this is for, right?)
Her voice is soothing and meditative. I m definitely springing for the longer classes after trying the free one!

Fabulous! I downloaded the 20 min and 65 min versions (the former for a busy day or a yoga emergency, the latter for a good prenatal workout/practice). It s a wonderful sequence and I look forward to using these downloads throughout my pregnancy.

This was just what I was looking for. Relaxing, stretching yoga. I m 20 weeks now and plan on doing this again and again through out my pregnancy.

This class was wonderful! The 50 min is perfect in length. I do it before bed, and sometimes in the morning. It is mostly stretching, not very active, which was perfect to help me "slow down" at the end of the day! Some of the poses were definitely challenging to hold the entire time. I had to come out of the poses early, but maybe I can work up to hold them longer!

I was lucky enough to take prenatal yoga classes from Liza in Escondido, CA with my second pregnancy. After moving out of state, my only option during this pregnancy, my third, was Liza s prenatal class downloaded on my ipod. She is an excellent instructor and I am so glad I had access to this class! It was challenging enough to keep me in shape while gentle enough for even my third tri. Liza is also a Bradley instructor for natural childbirth and she shares her infinite wisdom during these sessions.

I've been using the 20 min., 35 min. and 65 min. versions. I use the 20 min. version when I'm short on time, but the 65 min. version is my favorite. Her commentary throughout is very consistent with gentle practices that I'm planning to use in my birthing, and I especially appreciate the visualization of the day in the last minutes of the session. She has a very positive attitude towards birthing. If I'm up to it, I'm going to try to listen and follow where I can in the early parts of labor. Highly recommended!

This was a gentle class that focused on stretching. Holding some of the more active poses for a while was slightly challenging. Not as much cardiovascular as I generally like in a practice, but the stretching was very good.

Liza`s prenatal yoga class is a must for any pregnant woman! Her class combines challenging poses that are appropriate for any stage of pregnancy with relaxation techniques to help you during pregnancy and prepare your body for the birth process. After a prenatal yoga class with Liza, you will feel strong, relaxed, and healthy. Your baby will love it also!

I highly recommend Liza`s prenatal class. She has so much insight and care that she in her class. You really feel empowered and ready for birth after each class. She gives information on each pose and how it leads you to your birth path. She teaches you to bond with your unborn child through yoga. Thank you, Liza, for your birthing yogic wisdom. Prenatal yoga is not for wimps, neither is birth, but Liza makes it accessible for every mother (and father)!

This is perfect for daily yoga! I download it to my iPod and I have my very own private session anywhere. I can tune out all the other distractions and just focus on my body and preparing for the birth of my baby. It is the perfect routine for your daily practice. Liza offers so much insight and direction to prepare you for the birth of your child. If you can`t attend her class, this is the next best thing. I highly recommend this session for a complete workout.
