Beautiful class Casey! Very nicely and calmly guided. Love the emphasis on pranayama. I m often bored with prenatal yoga/ exercises but this was perfect for me today and will definitely be back to practice this one again and again! Lots of love 3

Probably my favourite prenatal class!

This class is perfectly fine, just not great. She is chatty as others have mentioned (but not over the top) and the video just seems older. Overall, the class was just what I needed tonight - a bit of movement (not just sitting on the mat the entire time like some) but also not breaking a sweat at all.

I completed my first yoga session and some of the things were a little difficult. There were modifications to make it harder not easier lol... I should probably look for videos that I can use for hip openers. At 28 weeks some poses weren t working out. But, it was a good first yoga video.

Really liked the class and instructor.
My only issue was with the lying on your back poses since I am 33 weeks going into 34 and I really feel faint on those.
Except for that I d give it a 5 instead of a four.

The sequence felt good, but I would classify it more as intermediate than advanced beginner. What I disliked was that the instructor talked constantly throughout the video. This is more of a taste thing, but I also disliked some of the music choices.

A nice short and calming practice for me in late third trimester. Thank you! I enjoyed the balance of strength and stretch.

I just started my 3rd trimester and appreciated the pace of this class. Earlier in my pregnancy, I would have found it too slow and not challenging enough, but I think it is great for later stages. Took off a half star for the same as other reviewer mentioned with the weird comments about the viewer is probably not as flexible as the teacher.

Awesome class! Casey never disappoints! I was using this class to prep for a prenatal yoga class I am subbing for and it just felt amazing!! loved pigeon to fire log transition!!

Very good class!
I am now in my sixth month pregnancy with twins and I can say that this class helps me a lot not only in relaxing but also in ease my sciatic pain.
Easy to do, really relaxing and helpful. Simply love it!

This is one I do regularly (I m 26 weeks). What I like about it - the instructor is clear - the are varying levels - there is focus on both building strength and flexibility. I would recommend trying this class.

A really nice gentle class with some strength work. Good for both beginners and people with some experience. Casey uses clear instructions, has a pleasant voice and poses aren t rushed and she uses some lovely reminders to connect with self and baby during this class.

Casey is overly jokey and does not offer explanations or modifications for many of her poses - though she frequently suggests that the viewer is likely not as flexible or experienced as she is. Whereas other prenatal offerings felt like organized practice, this one feels like a jumble of pose suggestions thrown together. I find Power Prenatal to be much better for a challenging practice, and Liza Janda s courses to be better for calming/stretching/relaxing practice.

Was a perfect class for a relaxing Sunday morning. Felt like I got some good stretching in while not overly taxing my pregnant body. Recommend highly.
