I forgot how much I get from Kundalini practice! It s a wonderful reset to my brain and body. Obviously, this practice isn t for everyone. If you re curious about broadening your yoga practice, give this a try for a few weeks. You too may notice better sleep, better mood and mind balance.

Obviously hyperventilating is not going to make anyone calm. Some an unreasonable amount of time spent on it. I gave up.
