Welcome to Day 9 of the 2-Week Yoga Challenge for Busy People! 

Some like to move quickly while others prefer to take their time. The nature of being busy can feel like you always have to be in a rush. However, as you continue through the second week of our challenge, we challenge you to get everything done, but while moving at a more leisurely, relaxed, and mindful pace. 

Today we bring you a slow strong tension-relieving class from Erin, or fast-paced fun flow with Claire. Enjoy!

Create Space:

Low Back Love with Erin Wimert

25 min class | Level: Adv. Beginner & Up | Intensity: Ahhhhhh

Many of us carry our physical and emotional tension in our lower back and hips. This class consist of my favorite go-to shapes to release this tension to feel more spacious and at ease.


Energize:

Quick Energy Flow 2 with Claire Petretti Marti

20 min class | Level: Intermediate | Intensity: You'll Feel It

When you are short on time, but want a dynamic, sweaty, fun flow that will strengthen and open up your muscles, clear your mind, and leave you feeling refreshed, this is the class for you. Claire's follow up to the popular Quick Energy Flow 1 won't disappoint. *No savasana included, feel free to add your own.
