Welcome to Day 12 of the 2-Week Yoga Challenge for Busy People! 

You're getting close to a successful completion of this challenge. Sometimes the end can be the place where we feel an urge to give up. You've got this! Finish strong and envision yourself feeling proud that you finished successfully and showed up for 14 consecutive days!

To get there, we have an option to place emphasis on music today! Join Ali for a healing and heart-expanding slow flow set to the musical workings of Sahale, or get down and dirty in a fun strength-building class from Eric. Enjoy!

A Healing Flow:

30 min class | Level: Adv. Beginner & Up | Intensity: Everyday Namaste

Taking your practice inward to support the healing and expansion of the heart is what this class is about. Allowing the energy to flow through the body and settle around the heart center to encourage blockages, anxiety, and overwhelm to melt away putting you into a copasetic state.

Duck walks, yogi squats with jumps into chair pose, leg lifts through yogi squats, suspended side angles and more; Sturdy 30 gets down and dirty!
