Welcome to Day 2 of the 2-Week Abs & Booty Bootcamp Challenge!
How are you feeling after your first practice of the challenge? Today we focus on your core. A healthy core is the key to a healthy back, strong abdominal muscles, and a healthy sense of power and confidence. It takes practice and effort to keep it healthy and in shape. Fire is also the element related to your core and third chakra (called Manipura). Throughout the next 13 days, you will tap into your inner fire, and with each and every practice, make it stronger, brighter, and more fierce. Have fun!
