Welcome to the end of the first week! After completing today's practice, take a moment to reflect on your challenge journey so far, and share in the comments. This is also a good time to check back in with your initial goals you set at the beginning of the challenge.
You've reached the halfway mark. Keep up the good work. For today's classes, you have the choice of targeting the abs or the booty. You also have the choice of a longer practice or a more concise one. There are no wrong choices here. You are well on your way to a successful second week.

Slamming Bottom with Chris Lindley

Core strength and Vinyasa flow? Absolutely. When you're short on time, combining two of your favorite mind-body practices gives you all the benefits in half the time. This class melds Pilates and functional core work (yes there are planks) with Vinyasa yoga. You'll strengthen your abs, your back, and your entire body and also create suppleness and flexibility.
