Welcome to Day 9 of the 2-Week Abs & Booty Bootcamp Challenge!
Today is your 9th practice of this challenge. Are you noticing any benefits of the challenge so far? Maybe you've noticed that challenging yourself physically has far reaching effects that are more than physical. Use this physical upgrade of your body to look at other areas of your life where there is room to challenge yourself, and go for it. Maybe it's returning to a project you've been putting off, making a change in your career you've been scared to, or simply going online and booking an airline ticket to a place you've always wanted to go, but talk yourself out of. This is ripe time to grow in other areas of your life.
Today, we bring you two choices. The first is another core focused yoga practice with Claire. If you've been loving her classes, it's another excellent one. If you've appreciated the barre options, we have another barre class today from Carol. Enjoy!

This is an energetic, high intensity, beat-driven barre workout targeting the thighs, seat, and abs, with a little more emphasis on the thighs. In this class, you will work each muscle group to fatigue and follow it with a stretch to tone and sculpt you, leaving you looking and feeling longer, leaner, stronger, and more confident. The more you do this workout, the stronger you will get, and the easier it will become!

25 minute class | Level: Intermediate | Intensity: Bring a Towel
Nothing but Core is a fast-paced class designed simply to strengthen every aspect of your core. You'll move quickly through an intelligent sequence of planks, Pilates based moves and functional fitness. Claire created this class for the days where you want to work hard on your center and break a sweat while you're at it.
