Welcome to Day 10 of the 2-Week Abs & Booty Bootcamp Challenge!
You've probably noticed you're stronger now than you were when this challenge began. Maybe it's just physical, but hopefully you're also feeling stronger in your willpower and belief in yourself to do things you've said you were going to.
While the challenge is suitable for all levels, including beginners, the difficulty level will increase in the second week on some of the days, as the bootcamp progresses. You are all intermediate practitioners now. This being the 10th practice in a row, we're confident you're up for it and this is an opportunity to see if you can expand what level you think you're capable of, if you've gotten comfortable only doing beginner classes. Again, remember to be kind to yourself and if an intermediate practice feels like too much - modify, rest, and adjust as needed, or return to a beginner option from earlier in the challenge. Remember to have fun and stay proud of yourself for continuing to challenge yourself.
