Welcome to Day 12 of the 2-Week Abs & Booty Bootcamp Challenge!
Today we bring you a practice to make you tap into your inner warrior. You are becoming more powerful each and every practice of this challenge. Those moments of intense effort are paying off and hopefully you're noticing some of the rewards. With three practices left, we bring you another intermediate class today, as at this point, you're practice has advanced after 11 days of consecutive classes. Again, listen to your body and if you're not feeling up for an intermediate practice, modify as needed. Today's class is also a longer one, at 60 minutes. This is part of the challenge! Enjoy discovering your brave and powerful inner warrior with today's class. You are doing amazing!
Empowerment Flow 3: I am a Warrior with Jackie Casal Mahrou
60 minute class | Level: Intermediate | Intensity: You'll Feel It
To overcome the challenges of life we must remember that we are strong, brave and resilient warriors. Connect to your inner strength and power in this strong & warming flow that will help you wake up your inner warrior. You will flow through several rounds of Sun Salutation variations, access depth and strength as you hold postures such as Forearm Plank and Birds of Paradise, then explore your greatest expression of One-Legged Side Plank (Eka Pada Vasisthasana). Similar to the other classes in Jackie's Empowerment Flow series, you can expect an invigorating flow mixed with inspiration and encouragement. As always, remember that the more you practice, the stronger you will become!
