I love this practice, imagining my unique purpose. It is so positive, uplifting, and relaxing. And the music is amazing! I didn t find it distracting. Instead, to me it flowed through the whole session and enhanced the whole experience. Thank you for a great practice!

This is a great yoga Nidra practice. It is different from other yoga Nidra practices and was a welcome change. Wonderful tone and pacing with live acoustic musical accompaniment. I have added this class to my favorites

I really liked this class as the instructor kept it simple and it was unpretentious. I agree that the music is perhaps a little distracting rather than enhancing but the yoga nidra itself was powerful and a little different to other yoga nidras I have tried. I would definitely use it again. Namaste.

I really enjoyed the Yoga Nidra, the instructor guides you through a very interesting version of it, with a lovely focus. But for me the music was way too much for such an inward practice, it kept me from going as deep as I usually do in a Yoga Nidra practice, which was unfortunate. I would highly recommend releasing the class without music, or lowering the volume of the music by at least half. The Yoga Nidra gets 5 stars, but the loud and invasive music took away from it so much that I can only give it 3 stars.
