Good flow, but like the other reviewers felt could have been longer. This could be a 45 minute class. However, I love Outlaw Yoga, love his message, the music was great!

Exactly what I needed, amazing grounding class!
For a "bring a towel" class, the flow could have been longer, but for today s mood, it was perfect. Thank you!!

Nice challenging class. Live music adds beautiful ambiance while moving through the poses and flowing meditatively. Enjoyed the calm voice of instructor.
