I truly appreciated this guidance and it s focus on directing and unleashing one s creativity. I tend to be a person focused on action and this particular class on meditation really got through to me with much less resistance than others that I have tried. I actually left this class with a path to follow today to progress in my journey towards the biggest goal that I have set for myself so far.

I really liked this class. Previous reviews stating shock value over context of class seems odd since this is from outlaw. With that being said I felt this was a great flow with just the right level of difficulty. Modify where needed:)

I would give 5 stars for the actual "workout" that this practice is. I gave 3 only because I found it offensive and the opposite of Ahimsa when he used the two cuss words. And found it a little misleading and confusing when he talked about discipline and boldness while also talking about the fact that he smokes pot every night at 10 and then pigs out and it probably won t change.
I think most students of yoga might not want to hear their teachers use foul language nor talk about their abuse of substances. It was a bit of a let down when the music was wonderful, the instruction was great, the flow was fun and challenging. We all need to hit the "pause" button now and then. If none of that bothers you, go for it, He s a fun, challenging, and unique character and teacher.
