With more than 12 years of international travel experience, Kate founded Global Soul Adventures – a world travel business offering Yoga, Eco-Adventure, and Cultural Exchange retreats - in January 2006. She currently leads groups to various places around the globe to facilitate more personal connections within the local communities and a more “hands-on” approach to every aspect of the local culture. She works with select yoga instructors to co-create unique yoga retreats around the world.

Kate’s passion for yoga led her to complete her 200-hr teacher training with Shiva Rea in the fall of 2008. She is currently finishing the written portions of this certification in accordance with Samudra School for Global Living & Yoga Alliance.
