I come back to this class often but today the positive mindset Jackie always portrays really helped me get grounded and enjoy my day. Just the right combination of invigorating flow and calm stretching. Now I feel great! Thank you so much for all of your amazing classes.

Every class with Jackie has left me feeling good about where I am, and vowing to keep practicing toward the ideal in each pose. Manyt of the poses were a bit beyond my reach (airplane one-leg balances, bird of paradise) but I can see myself getting there as I continue to practice. Thank you, Jackie, for your inspirational, self accepting, self celebrating guidance. I am coming back for more.

It does as it says! I feel good - in fact I feel great! I enjoyed the flows (my thighs not so much lol) - I also enjoyed the challenge of getting into Bird of Paradise as I hadn t done that in years. Best half hour I will spend today I m sure :D

As described, a nice medium vinyasa. I did while visiting relatives during the holidays and after work. Perfect for when you want a challenge but don t have a lot of time or energy.

Perfect after a day of sitting and getting cold from not moving by the computer. Warming but not strenuous, and perfect for when you need to get life flowing through you but you are feeling a bit under the weather.
Effort wise this one is pretty mellow, which was exactly what I needed. This one is going in my favorites for sure!

I love Jackie s classes and this one is no exception! Nice flow sequences, enough to get your heart rate up but not so much that you cant do this class after a workout or long day on your feet.

Weather conditions (cold, wet and windy) and low light levels today were conspiring to make me not feel motivated. This lovely short class with Jackie s calm messages and sense of reality was perfect to get me feeling better and more motivated. Temporary tight hamstrings and permanent short arms meant I didn t achieve the full bind far less the Bird of Paradise but it s something to aim for, perhaps with the aid of a strap.

Such an awesome class, it always makes me sweat and gets me in a good calmed mood before work. It s a great length of time also because even when I m tight on time I can fit it in. Love Jackie s cues, she s my favorite teacher on YD!

Just what I needed. Coming back to yoga after injury and not wanting to only do Hatha. This class is very nicely paced and this all the major muscles groups for both strength and stretch. Thank you Jackie!

I love Jackie s classes. She spends the right amount of time on poses, talks you through them, and in this class, gives opportunities for advancement if desired. But no pressure to advance if that s not where you want to be.

Perfect mix of stretch/flow/relax. A couple of nice sequences to wake up and warm up:
*A Sun Salutations with back and side bends
*A Crescent Lunge/Airplane/Chatturanga sequence
*A Crescent Lunge/Airplane/Falling Tree/Extended side angle sequence.
Stay in extended side angle if you don t want to do Bird of Paradise. I add a few lying twists at the end to finish before I relax into Sivasina. Excellent class!

I just joined Yoga Download today & purchased my first class - Feel Good Flow with Jackie Casal Mahrou .I just finished the class and all I can say is "thank you Jackie & Yoga Download!" I have tried so many different yoga websites and videos and I m usually disappointed - the classes are often not professionally shot or choreographed, or there s a sound issue, etc. etc. This video is professionally done and I loved everything about it! I got a great workout in a short amount of time and I feel great! I m sure I will do this routine over and over. Thanks for the great class Jackie - I will be sure to download more of your classes! Very nice way to begin the day. It did start a bit fast for a beginning of the day workout (muscles still stiff from the night), so maybe a bit more of a warm up before going into some of the poses. I like how, even though she was really working to get me into Bird s of Paradise, she did offer several modifications for it. I will come back to this one.

After a 300 mile drive, and a long day of work. This was the perfect evening yoga ! I did it in my hotel room and feel like a new woman. Smooth, relaxing, just the right amount of challenge when you are fatigued. I recommend it.

I enjoyed this flow. It built tremendous heat quickly and was very challenging for me.
The flow combined the best elements of Jackie s Hanumanasana Flow (one of my favourites) with her Beginner Power Yoga Series which made for some very creative sequencing which I liked.
