Yoga Nidra seemed very rushed
I didn t feel the yoga nidra from this instructor. Her voice and speech pattern weren t soothing to me and the visualizations were too fast and instructive to be relaxing.

It made me so calm and relaxed. I had a very nice and deep sleep after it as well. Do this yoga Nidra when you have a stressful meeting or happening in the following day. So not only you can sleep without any anxiety but also the stressful event (in the following day) turns to a small and normal one through the relaxation and repeating the mantra. I loved it!

Super relaxing. Did my best to stay awake & falied :) I had a hard time following along due to mild restless leg syndrome, but the narration/meditation was clear and very calming. Will definitely try this again!
