I LOVED this class, and I needed the message. Perfect vinyasa flow, repeated a few times with some variation, then a bit of balance and other poses to round it out. Adding to my favorites.

This class didn t flow and didn t build cleanly to peak poses. It felt repetitive without building at the beginning, then went to floor, then back to flow, then to bird of paradise, then back to other flow and standing poses. I felt it was all over the place and I didn t enjoy it. I also don t think that sort of choppiness is safe. A class should be structured so as to work a particular or all parts of the body to deliver peak poses, or if not, just be an all over vinyasa. Didn t feel this was either. Moreover, I was doing this in the booty and abs series and there was nothing particularly booty or abs more than usual yoga in this class. Definitely not my fav and won t rush back to it. Also the "motivational," talk was too much.

Wow-wee! Great Class! Some unusual transitions from warrior positions made this a mandatory mindfulness exercise. Thank you. Also loved the dharma elements included. I ll have to listen again to catch the different references you refer to.

Day 3/20: I found this practice to be quite hard. By the end I was glad I stuck with it. Lots of flow and time to get into the poses. Jackie was really encouraging which was helpful when my mind was telling me to stop.

I loved this class. The flow made me feel really graceful and beautiful. Amber Bucher is a great model, too. Lots of nice challenges and deeper exploration of familiar poses. Always a pleasure to take Jackie s classes!

This is a 5-star class. If you have an hour, this is a very good way to spend it. Jackie has mastered the balance of how much to talk (not talk), when to go fast, when to go slow, how to keep you in tune with breath, and keep you out of your head. She is a 5-star teacher!

This class was absolutely perfect for me today. The message, I wish I could put it on replay until it sinks in and I believe it off the mat, it is encouraging yet simple. The flow wasn t too tough, just right to feel some length and strength. Thank you Jackie :)

I am so happy every time I see a new class by Jackie. This is another excellent warrior-centric flow working to inspire strength and endurance, both mental and physical. Adding this to my favorites for sure.

This is a new favorite! It utilizes all my favorite classic yoga poses and has a very zen-like yet challenging flow. Really good for tight hips and hamstrings too.

If you love warrior pose (and I do), then you will love this class. The flow is challenging but within reach of anyone with some experience. The balancing postures are nicely integrated into the flow. A good boat pose sequence. And the peak poses have multiple options. Jackie s cuing, as always, is spot on. This is going on my favorites list.

I was so excited to see a new class from Jackie today. I just finished; I feel strong, and so pleased that while the class was challenging, I was able to do all the flows and all the poses. As always, an interesting mix of flow and poses, and a wonderful class. Thank you.

I have really liked Jackie as a teacher I was looking forward to this class. I just felt like something was missing. Not every class is for everyone but if your choosing between this class and another of Jackie’s classes I recommend a different class.
That being said there were definitely physical challenges in this class and a flow that really focused on building strength.
