Great moves and gentle twists that also challenge balance. Love how well she guides you through her classes. It will warm you up, but not necessarily make you break a sweat.

I am a beginner at Yoga. My body is stiff, but after this class, I feel already more relaxed. I did take a 5-minute break after the first 15 minutes, as I felt I could not do it anymore, but then I managed to do all the rest of the exercises. Thank you for this opportunity.

A great, short slow flow to get you moving. I did this after a long walk. The flow is slow with some strong, standing poses, finishing with some balance poses and supine twists. I feel open and energized!

I m starting to think Jackie isn t capable of anything less than a five star class...but this one in particular really worked for me. Challenging - but not too much. Perfect cues. An excellent pick me up that stretches and strengthens and engergizes. Love it. thank you, Jackie.

Checked out this class with 49 5 star reviews. Make it 50! A very fluid practice. Gentle twisting, heart opening and a nice flow sequence. Even had a little balancing.

This class is a great combo of building heat, stretching, gentle muscle engagement, and meditative movement. I ve been doing Jackie s 20-minute anytime sun salutations as part of my morning routine for over a year now, this class feels like it builds on that one in a really gentle, approachable way.

I was tight and only had a limited amount of time and this hit the spot. Like all of Jackie s classes, her cues are so clear and in time with the movement that you don t really even need the video--she could just do a podcast and it would be just fine. Thanks!

Jackie is my favourite instructor and this class did not disappoint! It s a wonderful detox flow that will loosen you up (but it s not too intense, and you can easily modify it if you want to keep things slower or if you prefer to not go quite so deep into some of the movements).

I usually do an hour long class, but only had time for a half hour today. Wasn t expecting much, but was very pleasantly surprised and loved this class! She starts building heat with a great flow sequence and then does several other poses (dancer s, spinal twists, etc.) to round off the class. I will be looking for more from this teacher - great cueing and very pleasant demeanor.

Just getting back into daily practice after training relentlessly for competitive cycling for 3 years. This was a great mixup and it reminded me that yoga is soulful and feels like a massage and an inner restoration while doing it. And in that way, I can look forward to my practice rather than fearing it as something that will fatigue me. Thank you Jackie.

Was feeling run down and seasonally so I wanted a more gentle but still challenging class and here it was! Totally agree with the others, this is a soul flow that felt so natural with my body and a ritualistic opening of the heart with that extra jewel of a move I have not often seen which was that flowing prayer backbend in mountain and crescent. Simple but highly resonant, bringing so much focus to the heart. This class really hit the spot for me today.
