Very relaxing and healing. Staring with slow movement, mostly stretch and easy to Yin like yoga. I feel good. Thank you.

I am 83 yrs old and practiced yoga for many years. Why, I don t know- but I stopped doing yoga for maybe 4 years. I am determined to practice regularly now. I am happy that I found this app and found Jackie, a very good teacher!
No chatter, soothing, calming voice. I m back!!

This was a great practice as I work to restart after letting my practice slide for sometime. Genial but productive. I especially appreciate allowing puppy dog rather than down dog. It saves my wrists.

Jackie s style is encouraging, accepting, calming. This slow yoga reset was a gentle way to start my day. I loved her direction to find the Goldilocks place in our poses -- not too deep or too easy, but just the right place for gently stretching, knowing that with time and practice, my body will be able to go further and do more. The Goldilocks place will become more advanced. Looking forward to it.

I stayed at a friend s house last night and didn t bring my may or blocks with me but am happy to report that this class was perfectly doable just on the carpet in my pyjamas. It was a lovely class and I now feel very open and grounded
