Good one! Quick but juicy :) loved it!
Great core exercise with some good exercises. Personally I like a bit more connection between exercises and less straight pulsing / repetition. I appreciated when Claire states how many reps we will be doing, and I wish there was a little more of that from the beginning of each exercise so I know if I will be doing something for two sets, a full minute, or something in between.
what a perfect add on to my regular routine (which was getting stagnant at home). Got a great ab workout I am sure I will feel tomorrow, but was able to modify to my level easily so I would never feel intimidated to jump in even if tired or sore. this class will absolutely be in my favorites.

Is this one new, or did I just miss it? I love the NBC classes, and this one is no exception! Lots of good core work, but I always feel safe with my sensitive back in Claire s classes.
