So deeply challenging, I did what I could and look forward to trying it several times. No matter how tough this class gets, Celeste is a compassionate, motivating, and enlightening guide through the journey. Namaste.

Some of the arm balances are aspirational but Celest is an inspiration and perhaps someday some of them will finally be standard for me. Great class from Celest, as always, she keeps me coming back!

I absolutely loved this class. I particularly loved the breathing techniques which were intergrated with the poses.

Celeste is awesome. This is a fun and interesting class. But like others have said it is very advanced.

I love Celeste s teaching style, and this class is no exception. I don t think I ll come back to this particular one for a while though, as too many poses are not (yet) part of my practice...

Great class, inspiring to see Celeste s strength. I look forward to doing this class, but need a hip and side opener class beforehand. This is where I can only aspire for my practice to be someday!

Celeste is amazing to watch - she does everything with such ease and grace! I have been doing yoga for a while and this is a class to aspire to. I can do quite a few of the arm balances and headstands, but handstands are still my nemesis. I would also name this class as advanced advanced. She is definitely my favorite teacher!

challenging!
A little fast paced for me, and I could have done with a hip opener or two earlier on in the class.

Celest is a wonderful instructor with a very sweet and light manner. She guides you through the poses as well as offering alternate poses if the ones that she is doing are too difficult. Beautiful transition of poses. I have enjoyed all her videos so far and just wish she had more.

Celeste is a great instructor. She may be one of the most advanced I ve seen on this site.
This was too advanced in arm balances for me - so
I did not feel like I got a good work out.
However, I have never seen the full expression of some of these poses, so I was glad I watched it.
I will look for Celeste s other classes.

I was challenged and relaxed in this class. Your choice of words are perfect and the calm presentation made it possible to enter into possibly scarry asanas.
Thank you!

Was a pretty intense class, but was a great practice to get the core and body working. She has a beautiful practice and a very positive attitude that helps you keep going.

wow! butt kicking is right! it s classified as advanced intermediate, but that must be because there is no advanced advanced!
warm up is gentle, short. I wasn t quite warmed up yet when we started to really get into it.
it is not a workshop style class. you should understand the basics of several arm balances, in order to enjoy trying the flow from one to the next. but even if you re not solid in the arm balances, it s still a good place to play.
next time I do this one, I ll do it against a wall, so I can get into handstand and tripod headstand. cause once you re in it, she s not done with you!
then, I was in awe of myself for getting into (and holding) 8 angle pose, when, without even blinking she just floated through 2 other advanced arm balances I don t even know the names of!
she moves beautifully and fluidly from one pose to the next, absolutely amazing to watch. I ll absolutely do this one again!
