A lovely class. As a marathon runner, this was just what the doctor ordered. Thank you.

Loved this class! I have had tight hips/legs for so long and this class made me feel great after my run today.
Definitely not a fan of the foam roller but this class has reminded me to use it more often.
Highly recommend this one for any runners out there

Absolutely amazing class. Determined to get back in shape which also means crazy leg stiffness so much so I waddle when I walk. This class really opened my up. I actually appreciate the "chatter" others talk about because Celeste is so filled with knowledge and inspirational tidbits, it is not just random banter. It also keeps me focused on the class so my mind doesn t wander and the class flies by. If I could wish for anything it would be more quad stretching please! Thank you AGAIN Celeste!

Holy tight IT bands! Some of the stretches hit just the right places and confirmed my love/hate relationship with my foam roller. I found this class more instructional than meditative. The teacher is upbeat and conveys a lot of information about why the poses are good for runners. The class type is accurate. This is more therapeutic like a session of PT.

That felt fantastic! I love your bubbly energy!! Thank you!!

I can t say I enjoyed every moment. It s not really all levels because beginners may struggle with some poses, however I think a brave beginner should definitely join in. Particularly if you have tight hips, glutes, etc. because this will leave you with a lovely freeness. The foam roller is a fresh level of hell, but I know it s really important to my recovery and strength. It just doesn t feel good!!! Why do things like this not feel good?! I suppose they do feel amazing when you ve finished.
Not just for runners, btw. For anyone with hip and glute issues.

This class addresses the weak and tight areas that runners encounter. It was very beneficial for me, and I plan to use this class again throughout my running training to prevent injury! I appreciated the instructor s positive coaching and sense of humor.

This is my new favorite class! I m doing a half marathon in a few months, my first big run in about 15 years. My number one concern this time around is to avoid injury, and this class is definitely helping. Love all the stretches, but especially the foam roller and strap work at the end. Will definitely check out her other classes.

Seriously one of the best classes on the site. It s not your typical "flow" type class, these are mostly static stretches specifically for runners. If you are having any pain in your legs or lower back you think might be from running, take this class, you ll be happy you did. My knees have been achy all week and now feel so much better!

This is a great class for runners. I have extremely tight legs and this class was just what I needed. Love the "physio" aspect of this class.

Thank you Celest :)

I understand where the previous reviewers are coming from in regards to the talking BUT this was a great series for runners. (Who in my opinion don t often do the stretches on their own and NEED the explanation and verbal cues) I will definitely be adding this to my training routine.

This class was so informative and helpful. I really enjoyed learning about different parts of the body and the instructions will continue to help alleviate and prevent some of my chronic injuries.

I think the poses are awesome. My primary gripe is the same as all the other reviewers. The instructor talks so much that I sometimes had to stop and wait for her to finish so I would know what to do next. Some of the material that she wants to talk about is very good but given the sheer volume of messages she wants to convey she should cut out all fluff. This might be very good for someone who has not tried yoga... as in ever.

As a yoga newbie, I m so glad I found Celest! She has great energy and I m highly motivated by her teaching style. This class was super challenging for my running/weight lifting body!

I think she is a wonderful instructor with great explanations and variation on the poses. However, this class is specific to runners with specific issues. Probably a little to much talking but that is one of the things I enjoy about her. This is not a class to work on poses or advancing of your abilities. I think this class is titled appropriately. Unfortunately, if thought you were in for one of her killer workouts you would likely be disappointed.

I liked the great explanations and cues! I m an Exercise Physiologist and Pilates instructor and I m always hungry for the "why" of the movement. Loved it!

This was so good! Celeste really knows her stuff. I highly recommend this to runners.

I thought there was too much talking that interrupted the flow and concentration that I normally enjoy in a yoga class.

This was so awesome for runners. I am going to keep it as my go to so I can be injury free.

This class was EXCELLENT. I could not sing the praises of this class enough. It was gentle and tough at the same time. Great explanations of the muscles while running and what we need to do to strengthen and relax them. Just started training for a half marathon and I will come back to this one over and over.

I just finished this class and feel amazing! This is one of the best classes I have taken. Celeste teaches in a way that fully connected me to the practice. I didn t have the nagging worry if I was doing something correctly; her cues were clear and detailed enough that I could feel everything she was talking about. I also felt stronger than I have felt in a long time and was able to do things I did not think I could. There is intensity in the class, but also resting and peace.I feel inspired, open, and free. Namaste Celeste!

I love this class! However, after watching once or twice the instruction and explanation is no longer needed. Please, please create a roughly 30 minute version with less explanation.

This is a very informative class for runners. I love this session! As a long time runner, I have taken many yoga classes to stretch and strengthen, but none as wonderful as this class.
Thank You!

Great class! I m not even a runner and I still really enjoyed it. The foam roller was a great addition.

Great class. Haven t been a runner for a long time, but my legs get very tight.
By Donna | Sunday, May 11, 2014
Good stretch and it feel great. Exactly what I needed. She explains a lot. But her explanations take time. It could have gone a lot faster and been shorter.

I go relief from my lingering injury after just one session. Challenging for the sore spots runners experience but well worth the effort.
I love the inclusion of the foam roller workout as well. Made me take my rolling much more seriously.

Pretty good, she is a great instructor but I wish there was less explanation and more doing. It was a bit slow-going for me.

Wow -- Wonderful! This is by far my favorite download from this site. I learned tons about my body. The instruction was thorough and really made the mind/body connection for me.

So good! I ve been dealing with a mild injury and have a 30 km race in a few days so this was just what I needed! I really enjoyed the strengthening aspects of this class (even included one of the exercises my physiotherapist has given me - clam shells). I liked incorporating the foam roller. My whole body feels relaxed and stretch and ready for my race. I ll be keeping this in my regular rotation during marathon training.

This was a great class for runners. I especially loved the clam shell exercise and using the foam roller - which kills me! I would love it if she could do an advanced intermediate class with less instruction and more poses/holding poses longer when appropriate. This class really helped my tight legs!
