Great class as always.
Too much hands on either patting him or touching him or adjusting him. Its distracting. He is obviously strong enough to do arm balances. Good job.
Great class, one to go back to every month to see how I m progressing. I will be beyond happy if I can do everything in the class one day, work in progress at moment.
This is absolutely an amazing sequence! I cannot wait to be able to work into all of these poses. As an instructor, I also appreciated viewing all of Channing s adjustments. So versatile and yummy. Thank you for this brilliant, confident sequence!

This is the first class I did not need to modify to make it more challenging. I loved the flow sequences in the beginning and will definitely be doing this class again. The instructor gave great cues to the point where I only needed to reference the video a few times.
Excellent class. I am at a strong intermediate level and a lot of the arm balance flows were above my level but I felt encouraged to try. The sequencing in the class was really nice and I felt like a got a great workout with lots of room to grow.
