Full on class that will have you sweating. More working than yoga, so don t expect much stretching. Good workout

Agree: terrific class. FYI because we don t pick up the weights till the second half, the first half (to about the 33" mark) seems like an ideal no-props, short but focused and balanced 30 min workout. May try it while traveling next time.

65 minutes of solid activity, and that doesn t include chavassana. This class is an odyssey. More yoga integration in this class than some of Becca s others. I really liked it. I imagine if you did this one every day you d be like a Greek God.

Top class for getting your sweat on! Traditional cardio and strength endurance components combined in very quick succession will leave your body hot and burning calories galore! Don t expect too much yoga - rather expect to sweat. Perfect for a mid-week calorie blast!

i love this class. i have done it 4 times and it is hard every time. i feel great after. there is one missed pose - the sit ups in figure four are only on one side. I put them in on the other side in place of the normal crunches toward the end. When you do it a few times you will see. but that does not detract from 5 stars because it is a wonderful awesome kick-your-ass no matter how strong you think you are type of work out. enjoy!!

Oh wow this is great! I have not been able to find any sculpt class at all since moving to Orlando in April. So so glad to have this as a practice now.

Awesome class that will get your core, arms and legs burning. Fast pace keeps your heart rate up and makes the time fly! Becca is amazing.

Holy Sweaty Yoga! I was sweating within minutes..but it felt good. This is a total body workout. Keep a towel handy; I needed it under my hands to keep from slipping on my mat. She starts out with several core workouts. From there on: it is a total body blast!! You ll pick up the weights at about 30 minutes into the workout. I m rotating this with her one of her other classes & the inches are coming off! Awesome Workout! I burn over 400 calories every time I practice this (or her other) classes.

Wow, that was amazing.This class was a great challenge. I got through it, drenched in sweat. It can be hard to find classes that are at my fitness level - but this one is definitely a go-to class for a great workout.

And Becca does it again! This was one of Becca s most difficult classes (which they are some of the hardest workouts i ve ever done), but it covers everything. I did this one 3 times the week before my vacation to really push myself and it definitely paid off. Thanks Becca! And, I want to know how she can possibly talk through any of these workouts...so impressive.

Too hard compared to her mini bootcamp and 30 minute workout. Must be more advanced to get through it. Can t wait until I m at that level. Will continue to do her 20 and 30 minute workouts.

I love her workouts. I ve noticed a huge change in my strength after doing her classes. She s tough but if you can push through her class without giving up you will notice changes. I ve gotten an increase in my ability to hold yoga poses longer and I ve also increased my weights for her class to 16 pounds which has toned my body more. Awesome instructor.

Just as much of a butt-kicker as any of Becca s other workouts. I think this one is comparable to yoga with weights II, which is slightly more than an hour and very intense from the very beginning to the bitter end!! I love that this workout is very adaptable. If you re feeling tired or want to take it easy, Becca gives you options. If you really want to go all-out, you can do that too with heavy weights, plyo options, or advanced modifications. Her workouts are extremely effective-- I have had awesome strength gains from doing her workouts a couple times a week along with my more spiritual yoga practice. I highly recommend all of her workouts!!
