Jackie, you are the best. I haven t done Jackie yoga since leaving Haiti and now that Im in Zambia, started your classes again. This flow was so good for this morning. Its like a dance sequence, the way the breath is tied to the flowing movement. Love it. Thanks for the great classes, always.

This is a good morning class. Jackie is excellent with cueing. Her flow is smooth. This is the perfect intensity for the morning. Jackie also has a beautiful yoga voice.

I was so excited to see this class as a selection for the 31 days of yoga challenge today, especially because it is my birthday!!! It was such a treat. Jackie s flows always make me feel like I m practicing in my local studio and since I haven t been there due to the pandemic, her style is even more appreciated while I m at home. This was a sweaty and creative flow with some well deserved stretching at the end. I will return to this class over and over! A new favorite.

That was great! Reading the reviews I thought, "It can t be as good as all that," but it really was! Just enough variation on sun salutations. I would say this is advanced beginner rather than intermediate, but still a great way to start the day.

I did this class on a cold, winter s evening after a day of lazing around. Even though I wasn t starting my day I did need to clear the cobwebs and get refocused. Nice Sun sequences, half pigeon, bow, reverse table. I feel ready for the rest of my evening and for my week ahead.

I love this class. Of all the many excellent classes I routinely take with Jackie, this may be my favorite for it’s perfect simplicity. It does a little bit of everything: warming sun salutations, flow, backbends, hip openers. It was my first ever flow class years ago, but, though it is less intricate and challenging than most of the classes I do now, it is no less fulfilling, as it now challenges me to stay focused on breath and work on alignment. It’s so great to know I have this class to turn to whenever I need it. Highly recommend for practitioners of all levels. Thanks, Jackie!

I m a little late to start the 21-day pre-holiday yoga challenge but this class was an absolutely awesome start! I often find my breathing is off with the slower classes so I appreciate that this was a quicker pace with lots of opportunities to take an extra breath in the downward dog. Another great class from Jackie! I like to do it first thing in the morning, and it starts gently enough to warm up and iron out all the night stiffness. I m sure you could do it any time of day. It has a nice warrior flow in the middle that really warms you up, then some slower stretch/strengthen poses at the end like floor bow and pigeon. I ve already done this class multiple times and plan to do it again! I definitely recommend it.

Wow! I ve been practicing for just over a year now and stumbled upon a Groupon for Yoga download. This was my first class and it has already paid for itself. $15 for 3 months subscript to all of this Amazingness = the same amount $$ as your typical drop-in fee to any of your run-of-the-mill boutiquey Yoga studios. And y all, I just said GOOD morning and actually meant the "good" part! Ugh I wish I didn t have to go to work so I could try out more classes right meow...OH WAIT, theres Office Yoga classes? Excellent warming flow paced just right to first familiarize yourself with the sequence. then flow through it. About 30 minutes and just right to get you warm, moving, yet relaxed before starting your day. A few nice flows:
* a sun salutations flow with side bends, adding some chair pose twists
* a standing splits, crescent lunge, backbend, twisted crescent, warrior 2, standing warrior, warrior 2, chatturanga
There may have been 3 flows, but after the nice warming flows there are heart opening floor poses, some stretches, and finishing twists before savasana.

Fantastic class! It was the first class I did after subscribing and I was instantly in love. The class has the perfect flow and all the poses feel natural as they flow from one to the other. The timing is also perfect with my breathing and Jackie is great at guiding you through each pose.

I love this morning class! Most of the morning classes don t have much for your hips. This one has a great sequence for just that. As someone who wakes up needing my hips to be gently opened up, this is perfect! It gets my whole body going :)

My only complaint is the all the background noise (which is my general complaint with yogadownloaded classes). Why do instructors feel the need to fill the space between asanas with talking or music? This really misses the major meditative and peace-generating points of yoga! Otherwise the flow is great! Jackie incorporates fun, creative variations on traditional asanas.

Usually, even in the best of the YogaDownload classes there is at least one small thing that bugs me - something not quite right. However, in this class no such small annoyances caught my attention. This class was absolutely wonderful. A good, simple flow series to start the day - enough to get my body and blood moving, but not so much I felt worn out. I can see this class being one I turn to often.

Uplifting and fun. I love the way she adds little bits at a time to the flow sequences. There were a few new things for me like the way she did revolved chair. This was my first Yoga Download class with membership. I only had 30 minutes to do a class with no idea how to find it. The class was just perfect for my early morning with a few sun salutations and great stretches. Her queues for breathing were great for me to remember. Sometimes instructors forget that. She remember within each sequence. Very good, I ll be looking for more of her classes.

Great class, I will definitely use this one again for morning yoga. It s just long enough to get me feeling like I actually did yoga but not so long that my mind wanders to the various household chores waiting for me. The class cuts off at the end, which is too bad but I guess you don t miss much.

I was planning on going for a run this morning but the unseasonably cold weather made me lazy. Then I got my yogadownload email and saw this class. It was short enough that I convinced myself to do it, and am so glad I did. I feel energetic and motivated. I may even do that run later. Great class!
