Every time I do a Rob Loud class, I end up wishing there were more classes from him on Yoga Download. They re so perfectly sequenced and they leave you feeling so chilled out at the end.

I loved how clear the cues were. I need to get back into longer yoga classes more often (take too many 30 minute ones) to really get deeper . Rob did the trick here. I feel open and relaxed.

Exceptional class! The longer holds & Rob s calm, mindful prompts encouraged me to focus on proper posture throughout the class. Will add to my repertoire of favorite classes.

I come back to this flow a lot. This morning was a sh*tshow of annoyances and I knew I needed to mellow out. So I knew i needed a Rob. Loud flow. He is calm, but gently challenging.
Now that I ve sweated out my funk, I can move on with my day... hopefully keeping this chill I feel right now. Namaste!

Rob s calm instruction style belies how hard you re working until you find yourself sweating from every pore. This class was a true workout, the time flew by, and I was oh so happy to get to savasana at the end. I was also happy about how stretched and open I felt afterwards. Another great class from Rob!

One of the best classes by one of YDL s many "best" instructors. Rob has a knack for taking you to your limit - whatever it is today - and assuring that whatever your limit is today it will be just a bit further tomorrow. His intuitive cues are as if he were observing in person. Excellent mental and physical prep for the upcoming Floyd Yoga Jam!

75 minutes may seem like a long time but the flow makes the time go by very fast. On this day, I enjoyed the more moderate poses and challenges that were presented. Just what I needed. Another workout that will find its way into my library.

That was one of the top 7 classes I have ever done in my life from the thousands since circa 2000. Truly was on the mat the entire time, laughing, smiling, blessed with capability. Rob Loud is practicing his gift to bring ya along...that was a blast. RightON! Gospel Choir cued! hahaha

Great class! I loved everything about it-- the flow, his cues, the detailed instructions on alignment. I would ve liked to do a few more backbends, like fish pose, camel or full wheel near the end. Overall, excellent class and I ll be saving this one to do again!

Because yoga is an addition - rather than the centre - of my wellness regime, I tend to gravitate to classes that are 60 minutes ( and especially 45 mins) or less, so I was a bit skeptical of this one. By the time I get to yoga, I am usually too impatient to really focus through 75 minutes of yoga. This class is an absolute exception. It s creative; it s adaptable; it s well-rounded. He cues so well that I didn t need to look at the screen at all during the practice, and he gives advanced options without getting bogged down in cuing every detail of those options. I look forward to more classes from Rob.

This is a great class! Two standing sequences make it a challenge, but there s an ab exercise in the middle for a "break". The first round of the vinyasas are a little slow since the instructor talks a lot about correct form. I would have preferred a little faster pace in the beginning, which is why I gave it 4.5 stars instead of 5.
