Great class. The description is just right challenging and tough but the more you practice the easier it becomes. When I first started doing this class I never thought I would be able to do any of the poses but everytime I do it as Celeste says You progress in your practice and can pick something you are proud off . Grear calming end to the practice too. Maybe one day I will be able to hold scorpion or handstand.

The instructor said, "This class will kick you butt." She was right. It did. Highly recommend this quite advanced class.

I loved this class! It was so fun and challenging with a peaceful and centering closing.

Wow! This is a very advanced class with lots of head and handstands. I m not there yet but I appreciated how difficult this class was and it s something to strive for. I love the new approaches to getting into these advanced poses. Celeste is a pleasure: joyful and encouraging. I m impressed that she was able to model and speak at the same time. I will definitely keep trying!
Thanks for keeping me humble!

I think I gained a lot of new knots in my back from this class. I have practiced for a long time and would consider this class to be extremely advanced with poses such as crow to headstand. The class doesn t have a warm up in the beginning which I didn t like at all. Also, the class moves very fast so it s hard to concentrate on proper alignment.

As a long-time yogini, this class is one of my all-time faves. All of the reviews saying this class is more advanced than intermediate remind me that I REALLY wish there were an advanced-only class section on yoga download. I’m always ready for a tricky challenge and I still love being led even though I’ve been practicing for over a decade.
Consider it, yoga download! I’ve been a custy for a couple years now and am loving the site. Thank you for shaving my yoga bills down to a fraction.

I utterly love this class.... my all time favourite for a shorter / intense practice... i must have practised it at least once a week for the last two years. I wish there were more Celeste / advanced classes like this on this site. Thanks Celeste for this and all your other yogadownload classes

Probably my favourite class on yogadownload! Celeste is charming, and this class offers a fun and envigourating challenge in balance, strength, and flexibility. Though i could not manage most of the difficult poses when i started, coming back to this class again and again over the past year has helped me to master them.

Awesome so challenging! I could do poses that I haven t done in years. So inspirational! Thank you!

If you are an expert, this is the class for you. I did not enjoy it. There are many advanced poses with little instruction on how to achieve them, like scorpion. And there seemed to be a hundred different ways to do a handstand.

I had to write a public review about this one: it really is advanced, meaning that as I have been practicing regularly for several years but am in no way an athlete, I couldn t follow. I fell flat on my face while attempting to switch from crow to plan and probably bruised my knee early on in the class, but I figured I would try to finish it. And I m glad I did because somehow I managed to hold my first Bird of paradise at the end of class. So thanks Celeste, this class has taught me something quite valuable!

I just love Celeste and all her classes. Devoted fan. Although I can do quite a bit of what she did in this flow, I can t for the life of me figure out how she raises her legs with her chin on the ground. Definitely something to aspire to!!!

Your amazing! Thankyou so much celeste for being you, I love your quirky personality and challenging practices - you brightest up my day xx

More "advanced" than intermediate, with most of the poses appropriate only for very experienced yogis. If you aren t solid on your headstands and handstands you will be left feeling like a beginner, which is a bit discouraging. However the instructor is very positive and gives a few intermediate poses, and the class is something to strive for.

great work out for an advanced person. I could not do half of the workout, but wish I could. Hopefully after I get stronger I can do more.

The title of the class is totally appropriate!

Challenging but LOVED it :-) just what I needed on this crazy busy day to get all my energy out. Great class!

I would say that this was definitely an advanced class with an emphasis on the shoulders and arm balances. I enjoyed trying to do some of the poses, but I am not there yet for many. One day! Love the instructor!

Haha. Soooo far beyond me in any state but particularly my current 5 weeks out of chemo state. Nonetheless I stayed with it. I did not kick up into handstand once, however. But I found my way to what my body needed.
I probably should have read the description. But what delightful instructor. I am not sorry I did it.
Good for all you who can!

Celeste is my favorite instructor! This class is exactly what is says...fast and furious and definitely challenging. Celeste makes sure to let you know that its okay if you can t do every pose. I always look forward to her classes :)

I love, love, love this class and this instructor!,
AWESOME!!

Great challenging class. She has some options for those not yet ready for the numerous handstands, but the instructions for how those not following the shown sequence sometimes get lost. It would be nice if there was a second model showing the other options, but it was amazing seeing her ease at handstands and binds. Will definitely come back after doing the arm balancing program. I did feel more confident in my crow pose after this.

definitely challenging. a little difficult to figure out what steps would be next. loved the instructor s vibe.
a class to keep coming back to as a point of reference for growth.

This is a great class....but a bit too focussed on hand stands and balances for me...Love Celeste s energy though,

Great class if you are very advanced (a yoga instructor for instance) or working on your arm balances and inversions. Celeste has quick transitions, so it can be tough to follow for even those who do yoga regularly and may be used to more time for transitions. I will come back to this class after i work on my arm balances and inversions a bit more or need a good humbling sweat.

Wow, this class is seriously intense. I just recently discovered Celeste s classes on this site a few weeks ago- she s instantly become my favorites (we seem to share a love of arm balances :) ). This advanced, fast sequence will exhaust you in 30 minutes. I love it.

This is a great class. Nice energy, creative sequence and very positive tone. There are poses I have yet to master in this sequence but Celeste guides you into the poses easily enough. Will do again a few times so I can do all the poses in her class.

Very much enjoyed this class..will do again

Celest is awesome! She ll have you doing poses you never dreamed were possible. I love the creative transitions and positive energy. Do this flow (and her other 20 min "Tough Flow") in the morning and you will feel like a superhero for the rest of the day. Thanks Celest!

People with wrist issues, don t do this class! It is packed with handstands and arm balances, which would be great if I had full wrist extension. I couldn t finish the class despite enjoying Celeste s style and rhythm. I m putting 5 stars because I imagine this class is awesome for people with 100% healthy wrists and arms, but I m disappointed.

I was really craving a vigorous flow that would help me quiet the mind and just focus on my physical body. This quick flow did the trick. I can t do most of these poses, but it s fun trying. :)
