Absolutely fantastic class! A few funky transitions that took some practice to figure out. The focus on opening the hips and progression through twists really set up for the peak poses. I loved it.

I loved this funky flow this morning. It loosened and opened up my whole body with a soothing flow and music. Thank you for this class, it was just what my body and mind needed!

This class was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Today I wanted to do something different and this totally fit the bill. Absolutely no "business as usual". There were unusual variations on almost every pose and transition and the hour of class flew by. I really enjoyed the non-intimidating invitations to try side crow and handstand. Perfect. I will definitely revisit this one over and over again. Thank you.

The title for this class is perfect! It is invigorating for the mind and body because it s nothing like a typical flow. It s also very opening for the hips. Some of the transitions could have been better instructed. Thanks, Channing, for keeping yoga fresh!

I really enjoyed this class. She starts is slow, with some nice movement and stretches and then the flows are different and fun.

Good stuff. Channing is always challenging. She is very no-nonsense (which I enjoy very much). I am definitely needing work on all the floating poses but really like being able to see that Wade occasionally does a modification that is more accessible for those of us less flexible. This is tough to follow, if you are not familiar with all the various yoga poses as there are many balancing moments where you should not be "spotting" towards the media screen.

Funky is not the word I would use to describe this class. I have enjoyed other classes with Channing before but this one was challenging to finish. Right from the beginning, there was no warm up to speak of. I found myself trying to stretch cold, tight muscles. Breathing was rushed and the flow was so choppy. The music was distracting. Even Wade appeared to be struggling to keep up at times. Obviously, others found this class to be rewarding. I stuck it out but in the was not satisfied. I do enjoy the more challenging poses and that is why I give it even 2 stars.

I have to be honest - I was skeptical that it would be that different but it was totally awesome! I ve practiced for years and could never get into reverse birds of paradise and totally rocked it in this class. LOVE!

Pretty great and challenging class. I would almost call it, this little pigeon went to yoga. I look forward to more.

I really enjoyed the class. The transitions are very fast, lots of hip stretches (if you don t like pigeon pose, this one isn t for you)! Perfect way to wake up and get out all the kinks!

Wow, what a fantastic class! Great flow timing, smooth transitions, fun, and interesting! Lots of variations on classic poses. I love Channing s verbal style: clear, concise instructions and no "filler" talk, which lets me focus on executing the poses correctly. I ll need to do this 2 or three times to memorize the class so that I don t need to glance at the video. 5 stars!

The sequence in the flow was great. The instructor seemed a little disinterested.

Really great class for re-opening hips and shoulders and mind in the middle of my day. The flow worked well for my dancer s brain. I will return to this.

Very innovative sequence; really great!
Music a little too loud at the start - hard to hear the instructor. A little too serious...

It felt like one big stretch...till I noticed I was dripping in sweat. Channing is a really straight-forward instructor and I really enjoyed the non-traditional sequencing of the class. The pigeons that kept returning were great for working my hips and there s a good emphasis on balance and twisting.

Wow! This was so much fun! I will definitely do it again. Channing and Wade play well of each other. Only issue I had was the music got very loud toward the end - right when I wanted to relax and wind down. It also made it difficult to hear the instructions.

A little disappointed in the class, it was not the challenge I was hoping for. Although the flow was certainly "funky" and different than any sequence I have done before, it felt a bit boring, especially going through it three times.

Channing is the best teacher on this site. Wonderful, creative flow!

I m a big fan of Channing s classes, and this one is no exception. It s not your typical flow, so you ll have to be ready to try something new if you do this class. There are plenty of twists and a few arm balances, and my hips felt nice and loose after all those pigeons! I didn t feel like I built a lot of heat since the flow was a moderate pace, but I felt like I worked.
