Not a fan of this class though I usually love the teacher ! I found it very tough (definitely high intensity) and there are no warm up or cool down periods, you move from handstand to savasana and that s it...

Love Yoga Body Burn and have done it multiple times. But today when I played the video, despite having the Yoga Body Burn title page, the video was actually Yoga Sculpt. Please see if the issue can be corrected.

Nice class but for a workout I prefer the shorter classes that focus on upper or lower body. Had high hopes for this being an all over workout in an under an hour class but left feeling like it was spread too thin over upper, lower body and abs.

I liked this class because it really worked the lower body -- so many yoga classes tire out my arms and shoulders, but not my legs. Also, Celest is such a fun teacher!

Awesome, Awesome class. I was finally able to hold Crow s pose after doing this class (and other classes by Celest) a few times. Thank you for kicking my butt and help me keep up with my practice even when I m on the road. I feel my body get stronger every day!

I usually love Celeste s classes but this wasn t my favorite. It was a pretty good workout, but I thought it was kind of boring and repetitive. It could have had better flow and I think it would have been a lot better. I didn t really love the moves that you had to repeat a bunch of times.

I thought the practice was disjointed, and spent most of my time looking up at the screen, as cues were too quick. I appreciated the fitness factor, but was put off also by all the....chatter. A bit condescending. MOST frustrating was the fact that it written that NO EQUIPMENT is needed. It is, 2 blocks. Please fix that.

This was a good strength workout. I will definitely be doing this again. Felt it is arms, legs and core and was left feeling pleasantly shaky. Celeste s positive and friendly guidance really helped me push through. I would have liked some more yoga based exercises but I can see how this will really help in my overall practice.

This is a great muscle burner! I really liked the instructor s energy and how she tried to relate with me through the video. Important to note, this is not a flow class but instead a series of challenging repetitions meant to sculpt your body. Lots of lunges and core - which I liked! All depends what you are looking for...

Wow. This kicked my butt. This is an excellent core class. Celeste is my favorite! I can t wait for more classes. My only wish is that she would have this type of class in a couple lengths -- one with a longer cool down session and slower stretching poses/twists at the end.

Not a fan. The instructor is a bit obnoxious to me and the fact that she can t keep up with her own breath makes it very distracting. I added weights to make it more challenging as it was a bit too easy

Definitely more of a boot camp with a few yoga poses as anchors such as downward dog, plank and warrior 3. It he instructor is cheerful and it gave you a good glute workout. I wasn t a fan of all the poses, such as lifting your body on the block, because there was no modification offered and the height of the block didn t work for the pose for me. I m tall so I got nothing out of it.

Didn t like too much that class. I wanted a tough work out but I didn t manage to connect to yoga spirit. It felt like a tough fitness course and I didn t enjoy.
I found the teacher too much energetic and quick to follow.

I am dripping sweat. I was looking for a class that challenged me physically and provided some strength training. Found it. Celeste focused a lot on abs as well as lower body. I would have liked more upper body work but overall it was comprehensive and taught me what areas of my body need strengthening.

Great yoga fitness class! It s a little flow that you repeat a few times. Lunges, squats, narrow push-ups, and ab work. Goes by quickly and makes you feel strong and invigorated. Celeste is positive and has a sense of humor. I will do this many times!

Not a good flow for me - felt very broken up. I enjoy getting swept up by a flow that keeps me moving and constantly engaged. This felt disconnected and more like a yoga bootcamp than I expected

An excellent workout supported by teacher who was very encouraging. I will come back to it again to get my arms stronger. May be reminding students how feet should be positioned would be helpful.
