Challenging flow with excellent cues. It will really make you sweat. Perfect cool down.

The eventual flow was SUPER nice, but there was a lot of space in between flow that really felt disjointed from the eventual peak posture. I expected more hip opening when the peak pose is hurdler, but there was more of a hi strengthening happening instead.
This one was okay. I rounded up to 4 stars because the final flow was so graceful that I wished we had been doing more of it. I also took a pigeon at the end because there wasn t much in the way of hip opening, and I really needed that more than a twist. Did a twisted mermaid-esque stretch from pigeon instead.

Not clear directions or modifications for any of the poses and little to no warm up

It is an excellent and challenging class. I am rater old and have RA so there were some things I couldn t do, but I did my own modifications. I will take this class again to continue to build my strength!

Day 2 Power & Perseverance. Great instruction, with slow first rounds accentuating the proper form and breath making it ever more challenging with a novel flow. I was able to reach hurdler with this new approach. I loved the messaging as well. I feel invigorated! Thanks Kylie.

Awesome class for Day2 Power & Perseverance challenge!! I am adding this class to my favorite.
I like how Kylie built to the peak pose through out the the class. Lots core and strength. I had one of my cleanest hurdler today. Thank you Kylie and YD!

My arms are tired as I write this and I know my abs will be feeling it tomorrow. In this class, while I could not hold and/or do every pose, I feel powerful and confident as I know I ve gained strength and balance through this practice. Thank you Kylie and YD!

Day 5 of the 2-Week Challenge.

Holding poses in this flow it is so easy to turn the vocal mind off and just focus on what you are doing. Focus on the obliques or the gluts. My mind doesn t wander, but neither does my body complain with exertion. It is a great balance.
When I fall into a yoga slump (cheat myself out of yoga for a while, don t finish my classes when I first start up again) this is one of the classes I use to come back. It helps me remember why I practice yoga; why I want to keep practicing yoga.

Kylie, this class was so amazing! I did this about a month ago when I was just in the beginning of regular yoga practice, and I am amazed in the change in progress. This class pushed me to the max and I felt so inspired. Thank you so much for this class!!

What an amazing core oriented flow. Extremely challenging and very rewarding afterward. One of my new favorites. Love the inclusion of fallen triangle and reversed triangle, and scale pose. Excellent!

Kylie is a wonderful teacher who really pushes you. This one had me sweating and it may be a bit before I can master hurdler pose, but I had fun trying!

Probably one of the best classes this site has to offer. This class was challenging and you will definitely work up a sweat. The flow is interesting and Kylie makes sure to push you to your full potential. You will finish this class feeling super strong and confident!

Very challenging, a great workout! My skill level is probably somewhere between advanced beginner and intermediate, and I have been looking for some new classes out my regular routine to push myself. This was it! Fell flat on my face for the peak hurdle pose, but she does a great job of building you up to the pose. I m sure if I revisit this class a few times I will be able to conquer hurdle pose.
