This class sets new heights for me! Echo what everyone said. Each pose was manageable in my view. However, it was the pace and the transitions which made the class incredibly challenging. There was no time to think. One needs to be an all-round advanced yogi to keep up with the flow. Enjoyed the class! Hope there will be more classes like this.

Really appreciated having classes with the less common, more challenging asanas. It s nice to have some classes that are advanced otherwise it s easy to get tired of all the intermediate options.

It was so cool to see these poses and how deep yoga can actually be. Couldn t do most of them but at least I have a new goal :)

Love this class! It is challenging, but if you are intermediate (not quite advanced) it s easy to figure out modifications. It also gives you something to aspire to! Will do again

incredible challenge that will inspire you out of stagnation and into passion for continuing to stretch your practice and keep moving. great practice for realizing those weaknesses in your own practice. Lots of fun arm balances and inversions with the transitions between. I would love a workshop of some of those transitions with some warm up poses to help get me into those! (like chin stand, scorpion)

Amazing and so tough, if I ever manage to do the whole class without skipping bits or falling over, I ll consider myself a true yogi!

Holy sh*t balls, just when you think your practice is pretty advanced (whatever that is) a class like this comes along. Definitely was not joking when described as "CHALLENGING." But I loved it!
As an intermediate/advanced student it is one to come back to time and time again to refine and understand the challenging balancing and inversion transitions.
One note I would say is I felt the pace and transitions were a bit too fast for me, and found myself not being able to take full, deep inhales and exhales as I flowed. That s just my personal practice, though. Also, it would have been nice for Celest to first name what pose we re heading into and then describe it, because I found myself getting lost at times. It was inspiring to watch her effortless flow, however.
Thanks for a great class!! Aloha and namaste.

Love this class! What a nice way to really challenge myself at home when I am emboldened by the presence of a sofa cushion to tumble on to. ;)

I must admit I did not make it all the way through this challenging class but I loved seeing new poses that I haven t found in many classes and seeing room for potential. I love how Celeste does not stop the flow to give instructions. Here s hoping I can get further next time.

This class worked up a sweat through all the vinyasas and different types of headstands. This class will challenge your core and body strength! I will definitely be doing this class again.

I loved this class. I am a more advanced student and it is hard for me to find classes with multiple arm balances and inversions, but this class has it all. It s a very energizing, fast-paced flow and includes more advanced postures such as galavasana, eka pada koundinyasana, astavakrasana, side crow, headstand, handstand, forearm balance, and peacock. The pace of the class is a bit fast for my tastes--I am primarily Forrest-trained, so I really appreciate long, deep holds and close attention to alignment and breath. However, I was able to play this class back in a video player that allowed me to decrease the playback speed by 25%, and it was perfect. A must-try for advanced yogis and intermediates looking to expand their practice!

I have been doing yoga for years and can do quite a few poses, but Celeste gives me so much more to strive for. She is inspiring makes me want to achieve that much more. She is a fabulous teacher and I highly recommend her class for a very advanced workout.

Amazing class! Wonderful and creative transitions. Yes, some of the poses and the way you enter them are challenging, but that is what makes this class so fun and lively. I wish there where another 20 classes like this! A good class to return to, to help you get and become stronger.

The most advanced class I have participated in to date. Challenging is an understatement. This is definitely one for my library and poses to aspire to. I tried many and marveled in amazement at others. The instructor is great. I will be back to try another day.

Celeste is AMAZING. She is my favorite instructor on this site. Not only is she a great yogi, she also seems to be such a sweet and caring person. This flow is very difficult, filled with advanced poses and tricky transitions but Celeste encourages you not worry about nailing the poses but to just have fun. I loved this class and can t wait until I am able to every pose. Very inspiring! Thank you Celeste! :)

I like the instructor, but you should know that this class is for quite advanced students. Crow and handstand are the easier poses...it gets much more challenging from there.

Excellent class-- I certainly couldn t do the advanced poses, but it was fun trying.

This was a very challenging class. Celeste does an awesome job cueing the poses and she gives options if you are unable to do some of the poses. There were several new poses in this class that I had not heard of before but attempted them. As always, I love her classes and will continue to practice them!

Celest is awesome! Abt this class: creative, challenging, fun--and she makes it no big deal if you can t do everything. She invites you to play and you can take your time in deciding what s right for today. It s all good--and that s one thing I truly value in an instructor!
I would love to take more and more classes from her! Keep it up!
