When she cued pigeon I was like "no way we re almost done," but we were! This flow FLIES by... Excellent pacing and cuing.

The perfect quick reset. Challenging, but not so much you can t do it. Quick but not rushed. And a unique sequence that feels fresh. Love this one.

A nicely rounded brief practice, excellent for the start of the day. Interesting flow, some twists, balances, heart openers. I wondered once or twice if L & R were confused but it might have been me! This will be a go to morning practice for me when I know I am short of time.

Loved this class. First time in a long time have done yoga and it was perfect to remember the heat, balance and reward of doing a yoga session but without pushing for the full 60 mins which would have been too much having been off the mat for a few months. Will be doing it again. Thank you x

I have done yoga for 25 years. I need more time in between poses. She moves too fast from up to down dog to next pose. I cannot breathe fast enough. The second half was better. I like the curtsy stretch. I think since she has a model and is not doing the class herself she moves too fast.

I am surprised anyone would not call this cardio...I was sweating after 10 minutes...this is a fast passed advanced class...transitions were awkward.

Totally perfect class for post-run! I really love how creative and intuitive this flow is. It really was my cup of coffee this morning, asI didn t have much. Kristen is really a maser as making a 30 minute class feel very challenging and satisfying.

This is my favourite short class. It never fails to lift my spirits and get my mojo flowing. And the afterglow is great. Kristin s instructions are precise clear, and her presence is not overwhelming. The class is well paced, even for a beginner.

Wow! I just finished this class and I don t think I ve sweated so much in my life! It was challenging for me but now I feel incredible. I loved that it was only half an hour as I m a bit short on time at the moment. I look forward to more 30 minute Mojo classes!

The flow gets in moderate pace which is enjoyable when you know your basics. I really enjoyed that class due to the rhythm: perfect if you have short time and you want to get warm (bit of sweat even).

Perfect amount of time. Got my heart rate up and a little bit of a sweat going. I really enjoyed flowing through the poses, made me have to concentrate on what I was doing on my mat!

Loved this flow! And the 30 min class couldn t have come at a better time, as I started dog training today with my puppy and we re working on him sitting in one place for at least 30 mins. (he ALMOST made it through the whole class!)
But this flow was great, this would be a perfect one to start my day with in the morning to get my heart pumping and my body energized for the day!

I did this class in the evening, but I will definitely be coming back to this one in the morning as a quick class to start my day. I thought the pace was perfect. Threw in a few boat poses myself before savasana :) Enjoyed this teacher! I will have to try other classes in the Mojo series.

Really nice! I immediately downloaded it after my first time streaming it. It wasn t quite as intense as I was expecting but definitely felt like a good strength-focused option.
I also love that the instructor didn t use language that focused on weight or aesthetics, like some high-energy classes do. Highly recommended.

Great class to get your energy flowing. The sequences were great, traditional poses with a different twist on sequences. I like the 30 minute class when I do not have a full hour to devote, I still get all the muscles worked and a great workout.

I love classes that are challenging but still allow you to feel like you are good at yoga! Really basic moves strung together at a quick pace for a fun flow! 2 weeks out of practice and it was just what I needed. A great attitude adjustment! I like your style!
