My hips feel like they ve just seen a mechanic for a full service. Great class, excellent cuing, lots of fun. Thanks Rob, you re one of my favorites here on YD!

this was a fun class. i didn t know what to expect going into it. i was able to hold my crow for longer than a couple second. firefly is added to my list of poses to work towards. feeling the yoga bliss afterward!

Excellent class Rob. This is the first class of yours I have done. Will definitely have to check out the others. Your cuing is wonderful as is your calm voice. As well, I like your reminders about the journey rather than the destination. Thank you Rob.

Now this was a challenging class but only towards the end when trying to do firefly! I think I got as far as gnat, JK, but the entire class was totally awesome. Rob is such a great, methodical, calming instructor. Megan is just plain unbelievable! Such an awesome model to demonstrate each and every move. And so PERFECTLY!!! Ahhh, to be young again and have her agility! Great job to both! Awesome class!!!

I tipped over each time I took titibasana, but it was a fun, slow descent each time, lol. This is always a great class when I need a little Rob, but don t have more than an hour. Thank you and namaste!

Fantastic class. Definitely felt it and first time getting close to titi. The head to ankle prep pose followed by runners felt particularly great.

LOVED this class!! After an exhausting day, I did this class and feel fantastic. It was a fabulous flow, with lots of good holds and hip openers. It was both relaxing and tough... will definitely do this one again.

I like all the preparation for the peak poses, and I like the detailed instruction of the peak poses. I wished there had been just a little more time spent on the peak poses though.

Loved this class. Love that it s 60 minutes for days when I have less time. I felt like I had a great workout. Great sequence and I appreciate all the encouragement Rob gives for those on the newer side of yoga!

I had the privilege of being one of Rob s students in Boulder. I now live in Texas I m thrilled to be able to hear his voice again. His cuing is phenomenal and his Yoga Download classes are just as thoughtful as his in-person classes. Thank you Rob - keep them coming!
I would agree that you need at least 75 minutes to play :)

Another awesome class of Rob!!! The only thing I could criticize is that it s ONLY 1hour... ;-) could have gone for much longer because it feels so good all over! Thank you Rob!
