That was intense. I ve pretty much always had tight inner thighs and this was all about those inner thighs. But Channing s voice is always such a welcome thing to focus on and wow, do my hips feel looser!

amazing class.....loved the aproach, the variations in the vianyasas to get to the poses, the hip openers at the end of the class, oh my, staying that long there was quite a challenge, and the teacher´s chanting during shavasanah, so beautiful and calming, will definetly download it

Absolutely fantastic class! Challenging and restorative all in one. Unique and creative flow with new variations of familiar poses. This class seemed to fly by. Channing s beautiful voice during savasana was the cherry on top. Will definitely revisit!

I didn t think it was that great, I had to stop half way through, I like more of a flow, probably would be good for a bedtime practice, I need something more in the morning to get the blood pumping

Channing s classes are all so challenging! And I also really like the gentleman that she uses for her yoga model, as he helps to set the tone for class. I can flow pretty smoothly, but have terrible hover time and will be sure to go back to this hour in an effort to work on my crow and side crow.

Good class, but definitely (for me) not at all doable in the morning. It goes into some pretty intense hip opening poses very quickly and felt like an enormous strain on my back. I would do this after being more than warmed up, but I had to stop the class 1/2 way through in the early morning....

This class was so amazing! The sequence was stunning, as was Channing s singing during savasana. One of the best classes i ve taken on Yoga Download. I loved the repetition of the flow. I felt like I could have taken this class over and over again. I have to admit, seeing the comments about the 5 minute prone frog pose is what convinced me to take this class, and I loved every minute of it! I highly recommend this class, and all of Channing s other classes!

Fantastic teacher, class, and practice! She does a great job of inspiring clarity, presence, and focus! I also loved that the dude in the video wasn t the everything is easy traditional model person. He seemed pretty real, and that made it even better. Thanks so much!

I like classes with non-traditional flows to keep my yoga practice fresh. That pike squat transition was tough, but I enjoyed trying it! It is difficult holding some of the hip openers so long, but I really feel much more open after the class. Will come back to this class!

It is a very different and interesting flow. Loved holding the deep hip openers! I love Channing and all her classes. My hips are very happy after this class :)

I liked how the sequence kept returning back to the same shapes. By the third side crow I felt so much more settled and comfortable in the pose.

Amazing class. Never thought the prone frog would end! 5 minute hold is so out of the box for me. Great arm balances too.

Different flow from what I m used to but I thought it was very captivating. Great message and stretch as well. An especially good class in the morning when you need a proper warm up before going into fun balancing poses. Thank you!
