I did this class for the 2nd time today. I have never done bikram yoga but I found this very accessible and the 60 min flew by. Thanks!

I loved this class! It has everything: balancing, flowing, even a little crow! The teacher is very good as well.

Excellent, did in the heat of AZ in summer so definitely a hot yoga class. Not sure I would call it an all levels, some challenging poses.

Really pleasant class. I did it in my room which was 29 degrees celcius (84F) and sweated a LOT. It wasn t too hard or too energetic but it was a challenge. I got a great workout and would not hesitate to do again on a hot day or if I was feeling a bit tired. I enjoyed the instructors voice and her clear instructions - I only had to look at the monitor once or twice. I also appreciated that she stayed until the end of savasana.

I wanted to pick the other detox class for day 9 of the challenge but I had troubles playing it so ended up doing this one and don t regret it.
Cicily s cues are very helpful, particularly at the beginning of class she focused on small details that are key for getting into the asanas in the right way.
Expect lots of one-legged standing poses, including eagle, standing split, warrior III and juicy, energizing core work in the middle of the class.
The room temperature was normal and I did not sweat at all but overall had a good experience.

LOVED this class! One of my all time favorites. I also really liked the core bit in the middle of the class. She does a great job explaining posture and positions and had a very soothing voice

This class brought me tremendous peace. I started off with a deep meditation first. I enjoyed the intensity level. The most amazing sensation for me was the cue to roll back and forth on the spine after the vinyasa sequence 3/4 through. Before Cicily explained that the purpose is to move the energy built throughout the practice through the body, I could feel the energy moving. I was sort of shaken up by the sensation so hearing her explanation provided me with some comfort. ( I thought maybe I was going to faint or something). I was impressed by how much sensation was created by this flow. It is rare for me to feel so connected to my breath and movement. This class was very well sequenced. Thank you.

Great class with great pacing. It went straight onto my favorites list. The instructor gives clear cues in a very pleasant tone of voice. None of the poses were too difficult for a beginner like me.

I love this flow.....it s the closes thing I ve found to Core Power s Yoga HPF. Orlando is lacking in such classes. What a find.

Really great class. Mixes the best of the Bikram class with poses like downward dog and pigeon. Her cues were straightforward and allowed for modification. The hour went by so quickly. Can t wait to take this one again.

This is a great flow and accessible for anyone who wants a class with some flow, but not the chaturangas that go with many vinyasa style classes, there was not one to be seen. It was a great mixture of the hot yoga poses and some moving flow poses. The instruction was very easy to follow and the instructor has a reassuring style. A great class to build strength and to let go.

I enjoyed this class very much. It was just what I needed after a week of yoga with weights and power yoga. I appreciated the longer holds and mix of traditional hot poses. It reminded me a bit of my local hot studio classes. It wasn t very challenging, very little flow, but that s what I was looking for today. The only thing missing was bridge/wheel and sleeping hero. The instructor was clear and concise, and although she talked throughout the practice it was done with purpose and not at all distracting to the practice itself. As an experienced practitioner, it is nice to slow down and take care of my body once in a while. Namaste.

This is a great mix of a flowing,-not-impossible-to-do workout. I avoided this list of Hot Yoga, because I don t like Hot Yoga, but that was my mistake for this workout. Yes, she talks a lot, but listen to what she s saying. You ll improve your postures.

Another great class by Cicily. Her voice is very soothing, cheerful, and pleasant to listen to. She does a wonderful job cuing the poses and presents challenging but doable sequences. Love her classes and look forward to more from her.

I really enjoyed this class. I LOVED how thorough Cicily was with her explanations of the poses and what you may/may not be feeling and how to modify. The abs workout was a nice addition to the practice, though it was tough on my lower back. The only reason I m not giving 5 stars is because it was too quick for a true beginner.

I love this class! Cicily has a wonderful teaching style. She is clear, concise, and able to guide you into the pose safely and still keep a lighthearted approach in her directions. I m so happy I purchased her class video!

Nice practice. I expected more Bikram but once I adjusted my expectations, it was great. My mind wandered a bit about half way through but it wasn t too bad.
I liked the instructor a lot. Her instructions were clear and I rarely had to look at the screen. She also gave a tip in the sit-up portion that eliminated the back pain I ve been having for years. I will download this class.

I really enjoyed this. It’s on the mild side of challenging, but a good mix of poses, balances, flows and stretches. I’m not usually a fan of teachers who talk as much as this one did, but I found her cues and comments to be clear, very helpful and not distracting. I ve been practicing yoga for many years and found many of her cues clarified poses in ways I had not been taught before. Will do this class again.

I really enjoyed this class. I find Bikram Yoga to be quite tedious because it sticks to a set number of poses and is too rigidly structured, but I do like classes that incorporate some of the principles of hot yoga with vinyasa. This does just that. It s not too strenuous and not too mellow; well-balanced to keep things interesting but also giving you a great stretch. Looking forward to more from this instructor!

Nice blend of Hatha and vinyasa with interesting variety of poses, and some core work spiced in. I didn t get as sweaty as I hoped, so maybe a space heater is in order next time!

GREAT QUALITY CLASS! I m happy I bought this class. The attention to detail in Cicily s cues made it easy to do each of the poses. She has a soothing voice too, which made the class relaxing to flow through to the end. Thank you;)
