I ve really enjoyed this flow with its challenges - I haven t managed to transition to wheel from flipping the dog, but this was inspiring rather than discouraging- it was a nice surprise to be serenaded through Savasana, thank you xx

This was an excellent flexibility class. I really felt it in my back and hips, which are tight. I would say that I sweated a bit as well with the strength poses. There are some advanced poses but easier variations. I will be coming back to this one!

Nice and slow and deep. I m not a sweater, but I did work hard. Always good, no nonsense instruction. I usually prefer a fast paced flow type class, but today was feeling a little sluggish. Channing gives you time to really get into a posture, but not to the extent of boredom. I always enjoy her classes.

Really invigorating class. I truly appreciated the time and focus on both opening the heart and hips. I would suggest doing a few Sun As prior to the class, just to make sure your blood is flowing and muscles are warm, since there are some intense stretches early on in the practice.

Great stretches and good for hip opening. I would give it 5 stars, but felt that some of the movements weren t totally in line with the breath. Plus she goes right into stretching with no warm up.

I do really love all of Channing s classes - but she is the only instructor I ve ever had that sings during savasana.....just love it!! The voice is beautiful.

This is a great practice with challenging and fun asanas! I LOVE that the instructor doesn t fill the empty space with chatter, allowing the practitioner to have her own yoga experience. Thank you Channing!

Great class. I m just getting back into yoga, and I loved the instructor s gentle voice and cueing. The class was challenging but had great modifications.

Loved it! Channing is so calm, suggesting some quite challenging poses as if it s time to take a nap (this is good thing). Really like the tone, and I wonder if that is her singing at the end. Nice all around! And perfect length. Will go back to this one for sure.

Wow, this was intense in a way I wasn t expecting. I felt kinks in places I didn t even know I had kinks and began to work through them. I will definitely be returning to this one for what it does for my hips, thighs and back. Channing s calm voice kept me from getting intimidated by some of the poses. And her singing during savasana was wonderful.
