Great Practice Namaste Elvira
This is a great class with every sequence initiated by a variation of chair pose. I hate chair pose, but I’m glad this class plunged me into it over and over. I don’t know how much I will be doing this class, but the craziness of life has gotten in my way and this really helped.
Always such good instruction without too much talking. Even when I m working hard there s a sense of peace and quiet. Definitely "you ll feel it". Loved the interesting and different sequence of this flow.
As always Channing s soothing voice leads you into wonderful poses that are challenging and cathartic. This practice helped open my side body and release so much tension in my lower back, while still providing that wonderful burn in my quads. Channing is the best.??
I really enjoy Channing s classes for the calmness while challenging you to do advanced poses. Aside from wishing we had a little more time in the inversions, this is an amazing class for upper back, chest expansion, and very good for hip opening. I got mildly sweaty but was nice and warm through the twists. Thank you for another great calmly powerful class
Channing s classes are so great because there is none of that unnecessary chatter. This is a solid, sweaty class.
