As long as I treat this as an explanation of what to do, instead of a class to follow along with, it is very helpful as I am trying to figure out how to progress toward doing splits. Otherwise the class is very fast.
When I really do the stretches recommended in the class, I pause the video so I have time to hold each stretch for 60 seconds.

Short and punchy class, good cues and good sense of humour from the teacher. I felt very open and able to almost do the full splits. The pace is a tad too fast so I took some pauses when needed.

Nice and quick workshop; however, to go from warm-up to full split is a bit disingenuous. It would have been more effective to show a couple of intermediary steps for those of us who are not there yet (and don t want to get hurt getting there!). If it took the instructor 12 years to get to full split, I would have loved to see where she was, say, on year 6...

Super short and super effective! This got me closer to spits than I ever have! And the instructor is just so sweet. Super helpful! I ll be doing this daily. As she says, there is no magic pill, just do the practice, put in the work.

This is a wonderful sequence for finding hanumasana. If the pace were slower to allow more time to open an explore, I would have given it 5 stars.

Great workshop for post run, sometimes 15 mins is all I have to cool down and this hit all the right places with added bonus of getting that bit deeper into hanuman.

Excellent use of 15 minutes! She delves right into the hips and hams and gets them warm for the splits. Exactly what I needed. Best 15 minutes out there

outstanding! my favorite workshop for hanumanasana. There are some other beautiful flows on YD explaining the story behind the pose but none had brought me as close to the full expression as this class.
