I keep doing the same (great!) classes and wish YogaDownload would bring Natalie back and offer more of her classes.

Great class

This was an interesting class (I took the 45 minutes version), and I liked the included guided meditation at the end. But the cueing isn t very clear; several postures are missing from the posture guide so it was hard to follow at times, even for a relatively advanced practitioner. I also think this class is not an advanced intermediate level at all, it would be accessible to beginners as there aren t any advanced postures...

I like the idea of this class, I like that there is some meditation and pranayama. However, unfortunately this is not quite there. I had a tough time following some of the poses - even though I ve done yoga for many years! - the instructions complicate even the simple poses.
This is not a vinyasa class, though it has a few vinyasas in it; the transitions are not fluid and we never did a whole sun a or b. It does have some twists but doesn t compare to the other detox classes. The music is distracting (a theme throughout all the yoga download classes, but this was more distracting than most).
The poses are over described so that it becomes confusing. I had to download the pose guide. Sadly, you can t backtrack in the audio only sessions, so I lost my place and it started over.
It was challenging in the sense that I had to get past my irritation to still enjoy the class, because it is just a yoga class and there were some good parts. There are much more delightful, integrated, full-workout, full-detox classes that I d recommend.

This class was okay. I did the 45-minute version. Not really challenging at all.

This class was just OK....I was looking for something a bit more strenuous. Some of the instructions provided we not very clear.

I don t think this class should be "Bring a Towel" Intensity, as it was not challenging in the flow/movement sense. Yes, there were a few challenging moves, but I did not get a real caloric burn as I have with other detox classes. I had hoped to complete 2 objectives-- get a good work-out and detoxify a bit. I don t feel I did that. The instructor is obviously very knowledgeable, but I, too, had trouble with the analytical instructional style. Sometimes there was too much detail and it made something simple confusing. Not my cup of tea.

I enjoyed the 70 session, but wow, what s happening with the music? It was so complicated and distracting: I had to check my Pandora a few times to see if I had 2 things going at once. Lose the music.......To me it was a bit too long in the breathing at the start and too much color stuff at the end. Otherwise I totally enjoyed the twists and progression of moves and poses.

AMAZING! After 2+ years on this site I thought I had done every class, especially with Natalie... somehow I missed this one. THis class is so amazing. It starts with a peaceful meditation to ensure you are in the right focus then moves you into a work out like no other. I did poses I have not done before. Just what I had been looking for to shake up my daily yoga!!! A must do for all but even intermediates needs to remember to keep the opening levels of some of these poses. Thank you so much!

I did the 60 minute class and my body feels great! However, I find that Natalie s focus on alignment makes her instruction feel robotic and repetitive rather than inspiring. It s a great challenge for the body, but not restful for the mind and spirit.

I think this class is perfect. It s all too often that yoga teachers jump right into the flow without warming you up and then warming you down at the end. However, she does both and challenges you in the middle. Great aura meditation at the end.

I love the 20 minute practice on this one and can definitely feel the toxins on either side of my spine the next day if I don t hydrate properly to flush out my system (so hydrate!). I tried the 45 minute class and really enjoyed it, but it s more like a 35 minute class. I m not as in to the meditation part which is about 10 minutes at the end. If you are - this one is perfect for you!

I always come back to this class because all the twists feel so good and the practice is really energizing.

Wow! I did the 60 minute session. This was not what I expected, and the warm-up was very long. A quarter of the way into the class I was thinking, “Are we going to be challenged at all?” And my question was soon answered. The longer warm-up including pranayama is much needed here, as Natalie offers a myriad of challenging postures and sequences. Lots of twisting, hence the “detox.” (Sometimes I feel like cuing twists could be more gentle, especially with prayer hands. That is simply not accessible to some people, and when a yogi forces themselves into a prayer twist that they shouldn’t be in, the twist usually happens at the hips. So as far as just “cuing,” I feel like “prayer hands” or “hooking elbows” should be offered as advanced options, where the simple twist with hand at hip should be the starting point. As a person with many back restrictions myself, this is a personal issue I suppose, and I know my body and how to modify, but others may not, and may follow the twist cuing even though they shouldn’t.) Anyways, AWESOME class and again, loved the breath work in the beginning and the more gentle start. Highly recommended class.

I love most of the classes on this site. However, I can t get over the recording on this one. To me it sounds computer generated, very robotic.

I love this workout, i can feel the toxins draining from my body as i work through the poses. It has helped me as i strive to find balance in my life and to get rid of the toxins in my life. Great great class.

This was a solid 20 minute practice, challenging enough for intermediate/advanced practitioners, included several twists, balancing and hip openers, a good variety of seated and standing poses and plenty of very detailed verbal direction to help even a low intermediate or strong beginner understand how to smoothly move from one pose to the next or feel knowledgeable enough to modify themselves safely within such a short series of advanced asanas. Thank you!
