so good!!! my back was popping like a firecracker (in a good way) at one point. very challwnging but doable. I really enjoyed this one!!!

Thank you for this class, Kylie! I often have issues with my upper back and shoulders from an old injury that gets cranky sometimes. I need therapeutic help for that area, but I sometimes get frustrated when I also want to really sweat and flow—this class gives me the best of both worlds! The warm up gets the muscles loose and ready for all those eagles and dolphins. The class offers good flow and some balance challenge and core. My neck and shoulders always feel better afterwards and that long double pigeon at the end is the best!

This class felt really good. My upper back/neck/shoulder area has felt like it has a kink all day, and this really helped relax it. And the flow felt great on the rest of my body - it got me nice and warm, as well as stretching me out.

Really great class; my shoulders feel a lot better, and so does the rest of me as well. I ve done a few of Kylie s classes now and I really like her style; clear and informative instructions with a bit of fun and interest added with some interesting transitions between poses. She provides modifications but also encourages you to do more; I think every class of hers I ve done has lead to me seeing a pose in a new light, understanding it better, or realising I can do more than I thought I could before. Thank you Kylie!

20 day yoga challenge.
Wow!! Intense class (beginner here). I did the 20 min yin class first, walked 2 miles then came back and did this class! Great workout today for sure! Can’t wait to see what’s in store for tomorrow! ??

Did as part of YDL challenge. Excellent! Great twists, some new stuff but all doable. Especially liked eagle arms, leaning forward and bowing head w arms outstretched, have to remember that one! Kylie is very good w instructions, always put her classes into favorites.

Excellent flow - definitely more challenging on the shoulders than I expected but I felt very strong at the end and the openers definitely made me forget about shoulder challenges I had had for the day. Would call this more intense than everyday namaste - I definitely got sweaty in this practice!

Magic for a tight back! I love it, it s my go to for when I ve got that knotted upper and middle back. All the eagle arm stretches really get in there.

Interesting sequencing: loved it! It more challenging than I expected with "everyday namaste" as the set level. I would definitely put it in the level of "you ll feel it" with core strengthening poses (dolphin, forearm plank), chair pose sequence (chair, prayer twist, revolved crescent lunge). I got fatigued and sweaty! It was a great challenge and I always love Kylie s classes. Will do again!

Better than the average "focus" class. Instructor gave clear vocal cues, however, if you are a beginner, she does not go through the fundamentals of any of the poses. The class flows along at a nice, steady pace. Great workout for all major body groups except legs. I appreciated the addition of balance poses and unique combinations (airplane with eagle arms, rabbit, etc.). A great class!

Class was fine though not very inspiring. But the intensity level really should be changed. I am recovering from the flu and thought I d take a nice not to hard class, but this was too muc, had to stop a couple of times.

Added this to my rotation recently ... Definitely more vigorous than "everyday namaste" ... Kylie has a unique flow and makes the transitioning fun ... I noticed her windmill arm thing in Yoga for Weight Loss and now I understand why she does it (for the shoulders etc)

Kylie s classes are always rewarding! I love the unique flow in this class which has left my shoulders feeling looser and lighter - yay! The rabbit pose is incredible, I ve never had a yoga pose that gets into the middle spine like that -- thank you Kylie!

I agree with everyone: Really nice class that was unexpectedly sweaty. Maybe not the best if you re having a genuine rest day, but great all the same. Loved the double pigeon at the end!

Really enjoyed this class. I ve been sitting on airplanes and in a conference for days and this is just what the doctor ordered (especially that double pigeon pose). Loved the two different flows instead of one repeated over and over. Also enjoyed the quicker pace.

Have a very tight shoulder from sleeping at a friend s place duiring house reno. This set of sequences was exactly what I needed. Thank you. Recommend highly. Very enjoyable session.

This was a fantastic class..but I have to agree with another reviewer that the category on this needs to be changed. It s not an Everyday Namaste but more like a You ll feel it intensity. I consider myself relatively fit but I really worked up a sweat. This was a vigorous flow - I loved it. I always look forward to Kylies classes!!

This was an awesome class. I felt challenged and finished up a little sweaty. I would recommend changing the intensity rating as I almost didn t do it because sometimes the "Everday Namaste" classes aren t as much of a workout. I will take this class again!

As usual, a great class. Lots of flow, I like the use of basic movements but in challenging sequences. There is a lot of balancing poses and twists - my favorites! Kylie does a great job of repeating movements and adding on which familiarizes your body and helps to dig in deeper! Definitely a do again class!
