I really enjoyed the flow of this class. Some of the transitions were a little too quick for me, I d have wanted to hold a few poses for a little longer. But great class, I look forward to performing it again!!

Channing s voice is so calm that I don t realize how hard I m working. No real long holds, but nice steady, slow and strong flow. She never rushes the breath. Lovely.

Nice, intense, flow-filled class. Very good cueing without distracting chatter.
Lots of chatturangas to stay warm, Warrior 1, 2, reverse warrior, triangle, and all together in flows.
Twists added to chair and warrior one to build heat and detoxify.
Plenty of stretching to finish.
Excellent class.

I love all of Channings classes...she gets right into the postures and doesn t give many alignment cues which is perfect for the more intermediate/advanced students......always perfect amount of strength poses sprinkled with nice stretching. Another one for the favorites.

I love this class. I combined it with Kylie s lower body blast and had a great sweaty detoxifying workout, sweating till the last 10 minutes of Channing s class. The twists and hip openers and flows were great. I love Channing s very calm simple style. I LOVED it. I practice mostly advanced intermediate level and there were still things that were challenging for me. Thank you!

Definitely a great workout. I particularly enjoy how Channings style allows time for each pose to settle (crow, handstand) as opposed to the rush of maintaining the flow as can sometimes occur. The arm poses are all a struggle for me, so I appreciate the time she allows me to spend on them.
